Metaversal Astral Terrain Forecast for March 29 to March 31
Thursday March 29
The Day of Jupiter in the kabbalistic World of Fire, Atziluth. If you don't have a good laugh today, you are missing the point. There is a whole division of the Angelic Hierarchy assigned to the sephiroth Chesed (Jupiter) whose purpose is divine inspiration through laughter. And there is no vision more critical in the career of the adept than the Metaversal Joke. Everyone laughed when I sent my dog Xero to the Canine Academy Of Design, but they won't be laughing today when he continues to shit all over their lawn. The Moon’s transit of late Gemini is populated by juicy connections with Mercury and Saturn to bring head and heart into closer agreement. Mercury sextiles Venus to facilitate communication—it’s a good day to gain insight into delicate matters. However, the big action is the Sun’s square to Pluto, so we probably won’t feel like reaching out to others just now. If we must, use caution and expect that hidden factors are stronger than those which are visible. Allow yourself to be led. The Moon is void of course from 11:05 am, until 4:07 pm when it enters protective Cancer.
Friday March 30
Friday starts off Waterweek, so from now on there will be sleeping in blue forests, there will be dancing on silver beaches and there will be bathing in prismatic waterfalls. Only magnetic nights from now on. There will be riding on the backs of angelzebras. The keys are lettered and the letters are numbered. From now on we are electrick. The Moon in Cancer brings out the challenges that we have experienced over the past week, with a more emotional take. Now we know what really matters. Although there may be pain involved, we have the opportunity to do something about the situations that bring it to the surface, as the Moon reconnects with the Earth harmonies that have supported us this month. At 12:41 pm/10°30' Cancer, the First Quarter Moon square to the Sun sharpens our awareness of what we can create during this lunar month. Although this carries the power of the Cardinal Cross energies, it also bears the softness of the Earth trines. We can’t ignore the abrasive elements in our lives, but we can minimize our reactions to them and focus on what supports us into the future. In the chart cast for Washington DC/the US, the President and his leadership are looking especially solid and reassuring now. An emphasis on individual enterprise is gaining momentum, and the mainstream media are unusually subdued, even chagrined at their gaffes and falsehoods. As many wonder whether how much their livelihood and well-being will be affected by current global difficulties, there is also a sense of something rising out of the ashes that is an alternative to the old ways of doing things. What seemed too fantastic to be true only three years ago is now becoming a solid part of reality, in a good way. The First Quarter Moon carries the symbol of 11 Cancer: “A clown is making merry, gently caricaturing all manners of human traits with his grimaces and pantomime.” (ME Jones) There are plenty of voices that are telling the truth about what is happening in the world, but many of them are doing so in the form of comedy and story as well as straight news. The subtler messages under the surface are important this week.
Saturday March 31
The Day of Saturn in the kabbalistic World of Briah. Wearing black and facing North, invoke the spirit of Johnny Cash into your Base Chakra with the mantrum. "Because your mine, I walk the line." The Moon moves through late Cancer over the course of the day, with nurturing contacts to Mercury and Venus. Today is a better day to communicate our deepest feelings, but we may be insecure about doing that with a square to Saturn also in the air—sometimes that’s a good thing. At 9:20 pm, the Moon enters its void period, although in Cancer it can be used productively. How those sabers do rattle, as the rapiers hum in the apprehensive air, that wishes they had just stopped with Ozzie and Harriet. That's the thing about being absolutely right and absolutely certain, when you are absolutely wrong. You can't stop. You got a taste for it, sort of like Clarice describing Buffalo Bill to Hannibal Lecter and “I, on the other hand cannot”, smell it but then I'm not Miggs am I?

Metaversal Astral Terrain Forecast for March 26 to March 29
Monday March 26
Projecting Light Specific purple or octarine (a particular shade of electric pinkish purple) into your forehead and facing West, activate the Ajna Holographic Image Projection System (third eye), then invoke blessed Gabriel. Diana, or Sailor Moon into your Brow Chakra. It's the Moon's day in the week of Fire and Inspiration. The lunar orb being receptive and reflective, focuses the qualities of the signs and other planets to our personal Lightcraft. The Lunar center, and its intimate connection with the Holographic Image Projection System, is not only the foundation for the astral plane, but is the fiery aspect of astral energy itself. Life should slow down now that the Moon is in stable Taurus, emphasizing a practical approach to accomplishing our goals. Although we may not act on our feelings right away, we still could get worked up if we feel unreasonably constrained. It's challenging to know what to do when we are doubtful one moment and overconfident the next. Our best strategy is to stay flexible since making a premature decision can lead to unproductive stubbornness now. With the Moon in well-grounded Taurus, it's less bullshit, more pasture, yet never has mankind been so full of manure, or needed so desperately the proper soil to cultivate its higher consciousness, than today. Now I don't mind telling you that my ego hates the idea of being shit for someone else's buddhahood! " How can you believe in astrology?," angry, drunken Basque separatists have asked me. I tell them that astrology is not a belief system, but an archetypal, poetic language. I don't ask you if you believe in Japanese. I ask if you speak it. I don't ask you if you believe in music, I ask if you play it. I happen to speak the heavenly tongue of astrology along with thousands of other highly intelligent, inspiring, spiritual and even scientific astrologers. If I never have to deal with angry, drunken Basque separatists who have stolen the Shroud Of Turin again, it'll be too soon. Still, if my destiny is to be an untransformed seed-cum-manure of a man - or to put it another way - if I can at least be the source of unconscious friction that triggers another Christ or Buddha's urgency to awaken, then so be it. Fertilize my ego! At 9:35 pm PT, the Moon’s void-of-course period begins, lasting until 3:43 am tomorrow, although all efforts bear fruit in this sign of her exaltation.
Tuesday March 27
The Day of Mars in Fireweek. Mars hasn't always been a god of War. More
powerfully cool to blast ejacaulations of dragonbreath fireballs at the mainstream media charade, to shoot fireworks out the business ends of elf flamethrows at the fleeing asses of un-scrupulous landlords and hired goons. With a stellium of planets in early Aries, the ruler of Aries -- Mars -- is highly focused laser-beam Aries energy, ready to cut through anything. Yet, ruler Mars is Retrograde in Virgo -- taking a bold stand can be courageous -=- but it can also be a slippery step that sets you back. Heated words and (social) media coverage can reverberate -- at least till mid April -- when Mars stations Direct and Mercury moves out of Pisces -- and everyone moves on. Moon’s entry into Gemini opens us to more active social participation. The Lunar orb squares Neptune at 7:48 a.m. making for some fuzzier than usually thinking and squares Mars at 3:04 p.m. which may lead to arguments when it comes to details. not a good day to establish a rococo nerve lattice among the quarantined survivors of Operation: Rapture, or to stamp down a huge and perfect Mandelbrot Set with our ding-a-lings in popular wheatfields, or even to feed raspberries to carp. Mars is in Mercury-ruled Virgo, while Mercury is in Mars-ruled Aries. This is called 'mutual reception.' This special relationship will temporarily end when Mercury re-enters Pisces on Friday, April 23. However -- Mercury stations DIRECT on April 4 and will enter Aries (again) on April 16 -- at that time both Mercury and Mars will be Direct -- and in mutual reception -- working seamlessly together. Current spikes in hostile rhetoric is only the opening call, the warm up. Once Mercury and Mars are Direct (April 16), things can truly heat up and go into overdrive. When Mercury and Mars are in mutual reception, we can tend to speak fast and think later. Mistakes happen, cover-ups are tempting, denial is 'normal.' Anything to keep going. Information can be energetically used against others, making and breaking reputations. We can experience the aggressive potential of Mercury-Mars through words. Sarcasm, insults, cynicism, bullying, name-calling, mockery, and good ol' twisting the truth, are all ways that speech can be used as an aggressive tool. This seems to be very effective since people living in fear and self-doubt are not in the position to excel, or even believe they have the right to seek opportunities to excel; they believe they are not 'good enough'. The belief that success is out of reach or even undeserved, can cause us to lose the energy to thrive.
Wednesday March 28
The Day of Mercury in the kabbalistic World of Fire, Atziluth. Visualize your self wearing sneakers with wings as you read this. Mercury's function is to think. To know. To reason. There is no foot race to win here. Language is his playground. The Akasic Library is his home. And oh yes, Hermes is a Love god. He likes the sound of his own voice. Write a poem, a sonnet, or some erotica today and them transmit that information to at least one other person. Retrograde Mercury has slipped back into watery Pisces for us to review. Traditional astrology considers Mercury in Pisces to be a difficult placement. The reason is that Mercury is primarily concerned with data and details. Pisces, however, is about instincts and feelings. It is interested in fusion and the big picture, which can make Mercury's grasp of facts a little fuzzy. Communication is more impressionistic when Mercury is in Pisces. Feelings are paramount, which can lead to confusion when one is looking for precision. Finding the words to express the vastness of Pisces can be challenging, as well. Using symbols, images, art and music can be good ways to capture these big concepts that go beyond the boundaries of ordinary language. Minds often meander with the messenger planet in this fluid sign, yet Mercury's reversal allows us to pick up important strands of information that may have slipped through our fingers during its recent Transit. Psychic awareness grows and tender conversations heal wounded relationships as we recognize the connecting power of compassion. Mercury goes direct on April 4th.
Thursday March 29
The Day of Jupiter in the kabbalistic World of Fire . Projecting Light Specific Blue and facing West, vibrate this azure deluxe into your Second Chakra along with the mantrum: EE-BE-DA. Jupiter is all about allowing ambiguity, contradiction, and movement. It isn't about integration. It helps the ego become more flexible. By Jove, life isn't about staying calm and balanced, but rather about keeping complexity and drama and everything else alive and in dynamic flow. Opportunity now comes to those able to deal with the basics, a Taurus speciality. Jupiter wants to go far, but needs to be rooted in solid values to make this combination work most effectively. When the planet of more is in the sign of money, greed is a distinct possibility. It's appropriate to aim higher financially, but too much desire for material success can damage judgment and cloud ethics. A core issue, then, is to be clear about your values. When goals are grounded in common sense and simple decency, the chances are greater that they will be achieved. Jupiter's reputation for generosity and optimism can mask its potentially judgmental side. Prejudice, painting everyone or everything with an overly broad brush, is a negative characteristic of this planet. Conservative Taurus and Jupiter can work to oversimplify reality and exclude uncomfortable ideas or unusual people. When something feels right it may not be right. Complacency about dealing with complex issues could prove limiting.
The Plutonian Shadow Project(ion)
The Shadow
A shadow is an area where direct light from a light source cannot reach due to obstruction by an object. It occupies all of the space behind an opaque object with light in front of it. The cross section of a shadow is a two-dimensional silhouette or reverse projection of the object blocking the light. The Sun causes many objects to have shadows and at certain times of the day, when the sun is at certain heights, the lengths of shadows change. Currently the only astronomical objects able to produce visible shadows on Earth are the Sun, the Moon, and, in the right conditions, the planet Venus. In Jungian psychology, the shadow or "shadow aspect" is a part of the unconscious mind consisting of repressed weaknesses, shortcomings, and instincts. It is one of the three most recognizable archetypes, the others being the anima and animus and the persona. "Everyone carries a shadow," Jung wrote, "and the less it is embodied in the individual's conscious life, the blacker and denser it is." it may be (in part) one's link to more primitive animal instincts, which are superseded during early childhood by the conscious mind. According to Jung, the shadow, in being instinctive and irrational, is prone to projection: turning a personal inferiority into a perceived moral deficiency in someone else. Jung writes that if these projections are unrecognized "The projection-making factor (the Shadow archetype) then has a free hand and can realize its object--if it has one--or bring about some other situation characteristic of its power." These projections insulate and cripple individuals by forming an ever thicker fog of illusion between the ego and the real world. From one perspective, 'the shadow...is roughly equivalent to the whole of the Freudian unconscious';[ and Jung himself considered that 'the result of the Freudian method of elucidation is a minute elaboration of man's shadow-side unexampled in any previous age' Jung also believed that "in spite of its function as a reservoir for human darkness—or perhaps because of this—the shadow is the seat of creativity.";so that for some, it may be, 'the dark side of his being, his sinister shadow...represents the true spirit of life as against the arid scholar'. The shadow may appear in dreams and visions in various forms, and typically 'appears as a person of the same sex as that of the dreamer'. it is possible that it might appear with dark features to a person of any race, since it represents a distant, primitive and indiscriminate aspect of the mind. The shadow's appearance and role depend greatly on the living experience of the individual, because much of the shadow develops in the individual's mind rather than simply being inherited in the collective unconscious. Nevertheless some Jungians maintain that 'The shadow contains, besides the personal shadow, the shadow of society ... fed by the neglected and repressed collective values'
Interactions with the shadow in dreams may shed light on one's state of mind. A conversation with the shadow may indicate that one is concerned with conflicting desires or intentions. Identification with a despised figure may mean that one has an unacknowledged difference from the character; a difference which could point to a rejection of the illuminating qualities of ego-consciousness. These examples refer to just two of many possible roles that the shadow may adopt, and are not general guides to interpretation. Also, it can be difficult to identify characters in dreams — "all the contents are blurred and merge into one another ... 'contamination' of unconscious contents" so that a character who seems at first to be a shadow might represent some other complex instead. Encounter with the shadow
The encounter with the shadow plays a central part in the process of individuation. Jung considered that 'the course of individuation...exhibits a certain formal regularity. Its signposts and milestones are various archetypal symbols' marking its stages; and of these 'the first stage leads to the experience of the SHADOW' If 'the breakdown of the persona constitutes the typical Jungian moment both in therapy and in development', it is this which opens the road to the shadow within, coming about when 'Beneath the surface a person is suffering from a deadly boredom that makes everything seem meaningless and empty ... as if the initial encounter with the Self casts a dark shadow ahead of time'.Jung considered as a perennial danger in life that 'the more consciousness gains in clarity, the more monarchic becomes its content...the king constantly needs the renewal that begins with a descent into his own darkness'— his shadow - which the 'dissolution of the persona'sets in motion. "The shadow personifies everything that the subject refuses to acknowledge about himself" and represents "a tight passage, a narrow door, whose painful constriction no one is spared who goes down to the deep well".If and when 'an individual makes an attempt to see his shadow, he becomes aware of (and often ashamed of) those qualities and impulses he denies in himself but can plainly see in others — such things as egotism, mental laziness, and sloppiness; unreal fantasies, schemes, and plots; carelessness and cowardice; inordinate love of money and possessions — ...[a] painful and lengthy work of self-education".the dissolution of the persona and the launch of the individuation process also brings with it 'the danger of falling victim to the shadow ... the black shadow which everybody carries with him, the inferior and therefore hidden aspect of the personality'— of a merger with the shadow.
Merger with the shadow.
According to Jung, the shadow sometimes overwhelms a person's actions; for example, when the conscious mind is shocked, confused, or paralyzed by indecision. 'A man who is possessed by his shadow is always standing in his own light and falling into his own traps ... living below his own level 'hence, in terms of the story of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, 'it must be Jekyll, the conscious personality, who integrates the shadow ... and not vice versa. Otherwise the conscious becomes the slave of the autonomous shadow'. Individuation inevitably raises that very possibility. As the process continues, and 'the libido leaves the bright upper world ... sinks back into its own depths...below, in the shadows of the unconscious'. so too what comes to the forefront is 'what was hidden under the mask of conventional adaptation: the shadow', with the result that 'ego and shadow are no longer divided but are brought together in an — admittedly precarious — unity'. The impact of such 'confrontation with the shadow produces at first a dead balance, a standstill that hampers moral decisions and makes convictions ineffective...tenebrositas, chaos, melancholia'. Consequently (as Jung knew from personal experience) 'in this time of descent — one, three, seven years, more or less — genuine courage and strength are required', with no certainty of emergence. Nevertheless Jung remained of the opinion that while 'no one should deny the danger of the descent ... every descent is followed by an ascent ...enantiodromia'; and assimilation of — rather than possession by — the shadow becomes at last a real possibility.
Assimilation of the shadow
Metaversal Enantiodromia launches 'a different perspective. We begin to travel [up] through the healing spirals...straight up' Here the struggle is to retain awareness of the shadow, but not identification with it. 'Non-identification demands considerable moral effort...prevents a descent into that darkness'; but though 'the conscious mind is liable to be submerged at any moment in the unconscious... understanding acts like a life-saver. It integrates the unconscious'- reincorporates the shadow into the personality, producing a stronger, wider consciousness than before. 'Assimilation of the shadow gives a man body, so to speak', and provides thereby a launching-pad for further individuation. 'The integration of the shadow, or the realization of the personal unconscious, marks the first stage of the analytic process...without it a recognition of anima and animus is impossible'. Conversely 'to the degree to which the shadow is recognised and integrated, the problem of the anima, i.e., of relationship, is constellated', and becomes the center of the individuation quest. Neveretheless Jungians warn that 'acknowledgement of the shadow must be a continuous process throughout one's life';and even after the focus of individuation has moved on to the animus/anima, 'the later stages of shadow integration' will continue to take place - the grim 'process of washing one's dirty linen in private', accepting one's shadow.
Projection
Psychological projection or projection bias is a psychological defense mechanism where a person subconsciously denies his or her own attributes, thoughts, and emotions, which are then ascribed to the outside world, usually to other people. Thus, projection involves imagining or projecting the belief that others originate those feelings. Projection reduces anxiety by allowing the expression of the unwanted unconscious impulses or desires without letting the conscious mind recognize them. An example of this behavior might be blaming another for self failure. The mind may avoid the discomfort of consciously admitting personal faults by keeping those feelings unconscious, and by redirecting libidinal satisfaction by attaching, or "projecting," those same faults onto another person or object. The theory was developed by Sigmund Freud - in his letters to Wilhelm Fliess, '"Draft H" deals with projection as a mechanism of defence'- and further refined by his daughter Anna Freud; for this reason, it is sometimes referred to as Freudian Projection. According to Sigmund Freud, projection is a psychological defense mechanism whereby one "projects" one's own undesirable thoughts, motivations, desires, and feelings onto someone else. 'Emotions or excitations which the ego tries to ward off are "split out" and then felt as being outside the ego...perceived in another person' It is a common process. The related defense of 'projective identification differs from projection in that the impulse projected onto an external object does not appear as something alien and distant from the ego because the connection of the self with that projected impulse continues' In one example of the process, a person might have thoughts of infidelity with respect to a spouse or other partner. Instead of dealing with these undesirable thoughts consciously, the subject unconsciously projects these feelings onto the other person, and begins to think that the other has thoughts of infidelity and that the other may be having an affair. In this way, the subject may obtain 'acquittal by his conscience - if he projects his own impulses to faithlessness on to the partner to whom he owes faith'. in this sense, projection is related to denial, arguably the only more primitive defense mechanism than projection, which, like all defense mechanisms, provides a function whereby a person can protect the conscious mind from a feeling that is otherwise repulsive. Projection can also be established as a means of obtaining or justifying certain actions that would normally be found atrocious or heinous. This often means projecting false accusations, information, etc., onto an individual for the sole purpose of maintaining a self-created illusion. One of the many problems with the process whereby 'something dangerous that is felt inside can be moved outside - a process of "projection"' - is that as a result 'the projector may become somewhat depleted and rendered limp in character, as he loses part of his personality'. Compartmentalization, splitting, and projection are ways that the ego continues to pretend that it is completely in control at all times, when in reality human experience is one of shifting instinctual reactivity and emotional motivation in which the "I" is not always complicit. Further, while engaged in projection, individuals can be unable to access truthful memories, intentions, and experiences, even about their own nature, as is common in deep trauma
Historical uses.
Peter Gay describes projection as "the operation of expelling feelings or wishes the individual finds wholly unacceptable—too shameful, too obscene, too dangerous—by attributing them to another." The philosopher Ludwig Feuerbach based his theory of religion in large part upon the idea of projection, i.e., the idea that an anthropomorphic deity is the outward projection of man's anxieties and desires.. The "Shadow"—a term used in Jungian psychology to describe a variety of psychological projection—refers to the projected material. Jungians consider that 'Political agitation in all countries is full of such projections, just as much as the backyard gossip of little groups and individuals' Marie-Louise Von Franz extended the view of projection to cover phenomena in Patterns of Creativity Mirrored in Creation Myths: "... wherever known reality stops, where we touch the unknown, there we project an archetypal image".Psychological projection is one of the medical explanations of bewitchment that attempts to diagnose the behavior of the afflicted children at Salem in 1692. The historian John Demos asserts that the symptoms of bewitchment experienced by the afflicted girls in Salem during the witchcraft crisis were because the girls were undergoing psychological projection Demos argues the girls had convulsive fits caused by repressed aggression and were able to project this aggression without blame because of the speculation of witchcraft and bewitchment. Several scholars have suggested that modern feminism is sometimes characterized by projection; denying any female evil or negativity and instead attributing all culpability to men or patriarchy.
Counter-projection
When addressing psychological trauma, the defense mechanism is sometimes counter-projection, including an obsession to continue and remain in a recurring trauma-causing situation and the compulsive obsession with the perceived perpetrator of the trauma or its projection. Jung writes that "All projections provoke counter-projection when the object is unconscious of the quality projected upon it by the subject." In psychopathology, projection is an especially commonly used defense mechanism in people with certain personality disorders: 'Patients with paranoid personalities, for example, use projection as a primary defense because it allows them to disavow unpleasant feelings and attribute them to others'
According to Kernberg, all 'the primitive defenses, such as splitting, [projection] and projective identification, are commonly connected with primitively organized personalities, such as ':
Borderline personality disorder
Narcissistic personality disorder
Antisocial personality disorder
Pluto, the Lord of the Underworld
Pluto was discovered in 1920,, after many years of searching by astronomers who new it must exist, because there was no mistaking that something was effecting the orbits of it's nearest neighbors, Neptune and Uranus. You always know when Pluto decides to stop by for a visit, since there is no mistaking his calling card; this applies whether he is considered by astronomers to be an official planet or a mere dwarf. Pluto is a planet that is aptly named, since the symbolism and mythology behind him are all about the darker and deeper issues of life. After all, Pluto is (above all) the planet of transformation and of deep inner searching, among a myriad of other profound qualities. Pluto is still the ruler of scorpio a very deep and intense zodical sign and is still the planet that guides our most potent and radical transformation. On January 27, 2008, Pluto entered into Capricorn for the start of his long stay in that sign (until January of 2024). In an effort to take a look at what Pluto in Capricorn might mean for both the metaverse and for you on an individual basis, let’s take a look at just one event that occurred during Pluto’s previous sojourn in Capricorn. The last time Pluto was in Capricorn, the American Revolution occurred, and Thomas Jefferson, one of the founding fathers of the American Revolution, first penned in the American Constitution that all men (and women) have the pursuit of happiness as one of their intrinsic and inalienable rights. At that time, the idea of a person’s personal happiness was a radical one indeed.
From 1776 until now, the pursuit of personal happiness has been very hard to obtain. Perhaps that is because we all face so many trials in our life journey, and we find it hard to know who we really are and to determine what we really want out of life, and what, by extension, will make us happy. St. John of the Cross, one of the most religious people of his era, confessed to having experienced "dark nights of the soul" many times, and that is surely a very Plutonian theme. And of course, not even profound religious faith keeps us from feeling sad, or lonely or unsure of ourselves at times. That’s why the more we can learn about ourselves, and what our true desires are, the easier it will be for us to create lifestyles that will make us happy. That’s the good result of a Pluto transit; when Pluto impacts you throughout your astrological you are going to radically revise the way you look at yourself and your lifestyle. If you are engaging in behavior that is self-defeating, you will realize that during the long transit you will experience under Pluto, and ultimately change that behavior, one way or another.
Pluto is the Roman name of Hades, the mythological Greek god of the underworld. It is Pluto who governs over the dead in Greek mythology, along with his queen, Persephone. But Pluto’s rule extends far beyond that of the nether regions. He is also the ruler of the dark side of our souls, and of our minds. Psychology is under the realm of Pluto, as is any other transforming science or doctrine. Among other dark subjects, Pluto rules crime, dictatorships, and fascism. Pluto also rules deep devotion and dedication to another, or to an ideal we have, and its reach is very profound and long lasting. When we have a Pluto event in our lives, it is a far-reaching, life-changing occurrence. The symbols of Scorpio, the soaring eagle, the phoenix bird, and yes, the lowly snake, detail the route we can take when Pluto impacts us. We can fly to the heights, we can rise from the ashes of our former selves, or we can crawl on the ground, consumed by our hate and despair. The choice, as always, is ours, and we are given the opportunity to show our best selves, or our worst selves, when Pluto impacts us.
When Pluto aspects our charts, he stays a long time in each individual house in which he takes up residence. This enables him to thoroughly change and alter our experiences in that realm of our life. The same holds true for Pluto’s entrance into a sign. Since Pluto spends many long years in a sign, the issues of each sign are dealt with in a very deep and utterly life altering way.
Pluto is the planet of revelation, and delights in shining a spotlight on the dark corners of our psyche and mind, and showing us what lies beneath the surface.
When Pluto makes his way into Capricorn, he will be transforming many of the areas of life Capricorn deals with. One of the most important issues that will be dealt with during Pluto’s journey through the sign of Capricorn, the winter sign, will be the subject of aging. Material resources, money, the way we deal with power, our desire for status, and our response to security issues will also be paramount in our conscious and unconscious thoughts. Pluto will also impact you through your birth chart , and through the house in your personal chart he is transiting, based on your ascendant (your rising sign). Check below to see what this transit may mean for you.
Pluto in the First House: The way you feel about yourself, and the image you project to the outer world will change radically. Your need to be in control of yourself and of your environment will also change, and you may find that your lifestyle alters considerably under this transit.
Pluto in the Second House: Your financial status, and what you do and do not find valuable will alter significantly. Your standards and value systems may change dramatically. Your personal finances may undergo very drastic ups and downs during this transit.
Pluto in the Third House: You will begin to think very deep thoughts, and you will start to take a very profound view of the subjects that interest you. Your ability to read between the lines, and understand the nuances and subtleties of how people relate will be considerably enhanced. Your relationship with your siblings and close relatives will undergo a deep transformation and enlightenment.
Pluto in the Fourth House: Your relationship with your family of origin, particularly with your mother, or with someone who played a nurturing role for you in your childhood, will take up a lot of your time and attention. You may decide it’s a good time to enter counseling for any childhood traumas you experienced.
Pluto in the Fifth House: You may meet your soul mate, and the lover you are destined to be with in this lifetime. Your interaction with your children will become very emotionally fulfilling, albeit very intense at times.
Pluto in the Sixth House: Pluto will drastically change your attitude toward your daily routine and to the way you spend your time during the day, especially where your job is concerned. Your attitude toward your diet and exercise will also be revamped.
Pluto in the Seventh House: Your relationship to your life chart spouse, or live-in domestic partner will alter considerably. The way you view your partnerships in general will undergo considerable change.
Pluto in the Eighth House: You will come to understand and acknowledge yourself as a sexual being under this transit, and your sexual desires may change drastically. You won’t hesitate to face your ‘shadow self’, and you may undergo counseling in an effort to understand yourself from a psychological perspective.
Pluto in the Ninth House: Your vision of yourself and your place in the world will alter greatly, and you will pursue the deep questions of the universe through your interest in philosophy. You will want to explore every corner of the globe, and get to know people from cultures and religions that are different than your own.
Pluto in the Tenth House: Your career goals will change, and you may decide to go into a profession that is completely different than the one you trained and studied for. Your status in the world may undergo radical change, and you could find yourself in the public eye, one way or another.
Pluto in the Eleventh House: You will evaluate your personal interpretation of what a friend is, or is not, and of what friendship means in general. You may scrutinize and critique the groups and associations you are a member of and sort and sift through them. Your wishes and hopes will change considerably, and you may become very involved with a cause that affects you deeply.
Pluto in the Twelfth House: Your interest in metaphysics will greatly increase, and you may discover that you have untapped reservoirs of intuitive ability under this transit. You will undergo a very deep spiritual metamorphosis, and you will learn to trust yourself and be your own guide. You may need to be alone to collect your own thoughts, and the idea of solitude will be a welcoming one for you.

Metaversal New Year Begins March 22nd! These are the daily Metaversal Lightcraft Astral Terrain Forecasts!
Wednesday March 21
The Final Day of Earthweek in the Final Lunar-cycle of 2011/2012. The reconnection with the Earth Trine spreads to our dream world through Venus, where we remember that all is well. The Sun and Mercury retrograde make their inferior (close-side) conjunction, to start the energy of the new Mercury cycle and bring keen insights. Although we could be busy finishing up with old circumstances for up to another 13 days (the remainder of Mercury’s retrograde), we can feel the stirrings of renewal. At 1:39 am, the Moon enters its void period, although in Pisces it still “performs”. This is the Wishing (Balsamic) Moon, when we can create a vision of what we want to come into our lives in the next month. For I say unto you: it would be easier for a honeypossum to sculpt a perfect likeness of Aleister Crowley out of marmalade and motor oil than it would be to escape the effects of 2012.
Thursday March 22
The Day of Jupiter in the kabbalistic World of Fire, Atziluth. If you don't have a good laugh today, you are missing the point. There is a whole division of the Angelic Hierarchy assigned to the sephiroth Chesed (Jupiter) whose purpose is divine inspiration through laughter. And there is no vision more critical in the career of the adept than the Metaversal Joke. Everyone laughed when I sent my dog Xero to the Canine Academy Of Design, but they won't be laughing today when he continues to shit all over their lawn. At 2:57 am, the Moon enters pioneering Aries, feeding immediately into the New Moon, which occurs at 7:37 am PT/2°22′ Aries. This is a powerful lunar event that sets the tone for a month of potent developments as well as marking the first Day of the first Lunarcycle of the 2012 Astrological year. Fireweek (Atziluth) starts everything. For I say unto you: it would be easier for a wolverine to assassinate the pope using a slingshot loaded with overcooked lima beans than it would be to escape the effects of 2012. Mercury is still retrograde and in the orb of the Sun, bringing out a fruitful hesitation on our path forward. The Earth Grand Trine is dissipating, although we still have access to it via periodic lunar contacts through March 31; in addition, anything we have been building through that pattern stays with us by our own efforts. Perhaps most powerful though is Mars’s opposition to Chiron. This ties to events last year, particularly November 12, but also in late February and late June. Together they bind a series of events into a story in your life where healing is possible over the course of the month ahead. Energy is stored in this New Moon, about to be released as the Moon, then the Sun, conjoin Uranus and square Pluto, to bring the second salvo of the year related to the struggles between individuals and large entities (corporations, governments, etc.), and the same types of David-and-Goliath inequities in our own circumstances. We’ll feel all of this by the end of the day as Moon makes us aware of it from an instinctual level. In the United States, this energy is most felt in Congressional posturing and disinformation from the media, but after recent revelations about what’s really going on, the emptiness of the dialogue is obvious and mostly ignored by a wiser and disgruntled public. The President and Senate are the strongest voices of sanity. The Sabian symbol for 3 Aries, the New Moon degree, is “A cameo shows the profile of a man that suggests the outline of his country.” It may be easy to fall under the collective spell that what we do as small individuals doesn’t matter, but nothing could be further from the truth. When we rise to our own greatness, our actions ripple outward in beneficial ways. We will hear stories of courage and leadership like this as this month unfolds.
Friday March 23
The Day of Venus in Fireweek. If you actively invoke blessed HANIEL, the Archangel of Venus into your heart today, you may find you have developed the ability to feel like Khrisna, multiplying himself into a dozen pastoral, naked farmhands with muddy feet and emerald pond scum on their thighs, or maybe you are a young Freya on the back of a panther, eating honey. The Moon encounters an empty sky during its transit of mid-Aries today. Mercury retrogrades back into Pisces to revisit the subtler factors we need to consider in order to use its energies well in the next four months. Key among them is ways in which we can build a stronger foundation for the relationship ties we want to take with us into the future. It would be easier for a western screech owl to throw a javelin through the hole of a doughnut at a distance equivalent to the length of three soccer fields than it would be to escape the effects of 2012.
Saturday March 24
Moon goes void at 10:17 am PT, giving us a half-day of time out from the need for progress. At 2:43 pm, we regain our capacity to act productively when she enters steady Taurus. The big event of the day is the Sun’s conjunction with Uranus at 4°31′ Aries. This jump-starts on a new cycle of awakening that lasts a year. This year’s cycle is full of power and intensity, as Uranus and Pluto finally meet during this year for the first two of their seven squares (completed in March 2015). Despite the apparent newness of this process, we are already well acquainted with this energy, which is about the balancing of power and energy in groups and places where they are unequal. By equalizing things in our own sphere, and by living modestly in the spirit, we allow the potential fury of this interchange to pass us by and reap the rewards of the awakening, and soon you won't notice it anyway as you enter into your own state of turbulescent grace. Whatever calls you from outside the curtain can wait. You're here now, and ready at last to open your eyes. When you do, you'll see that Time is a soft jagged wave moving through you and Space is a malleable domain sculpted by perception. Rest assured: the voluptuous terror you feel swiftly gives way to splendour. Suddenly you will re more awake than you've been since retiring from the womb. The secret phenomenological truth, encrypted against corruption at your birth but now transmitted lucidly across every synapse, is that the World is determined by imaginative volition. How much love can one being express? Now that this has been revealed, your purpose is clear. You might as well get used to it: YOU ARE A GLORIOUS NEW REALITY!

Metaversal New Year as well as my Birthday! The ocean's part for the boiling ice cream vendor, the condor circles in the vapor up above,
Monday March 19
The Year of my birth, the Sun moved into Aries (Vernal Equinox) to start off the Astrological New Year on March 20th. This year the Sun enters Aries at 10:15 p.m. PST on the 19th, so this year, today is my birthday! After a productive morning, Moon in Aquarius goes void of course on the heels of a harmony with Saturn, at 1:31 pm PT. This gives us an afternoon to relax or catch up on the filing, A cherubic barking up the wall loosens the paint enough that we can read the inscriptions underneath; however, we have discovered to our surprise and delight that we would rather just eat the paint as it peels away like the skin of a blank but meaning-filled chrysalis, the unscripted flesh of the years..The Moon enters dreamy Pisces at 5:05 pm, augmented by an immediate conjunction to Neptune. Like a bowl of Lucky Charms, it’s Magically delicious. Use the evening to become aware of images of the future you want to build. Is there any way the Moon in Pisces could please you without resorting to the obvious? By the time we come to Pisces, we've been and are everything. Identities and boundaries get very fuzzy at this stage, and they're supposed to. Moon in Pisces reminds us that we are on an infinite journey, ever leaving, ever returning. Where have we been? And who are we? We are a raindrop. We are the ocean. As warm jets, we are two fishes swimming in opposite directions, symbolizes the imperative to integrate two dimensions - the finite and the infinite. Neptune, which rules Pisces, was the mythic God of the Sea; he is associated with the swells of emotion and the vast mysteries of the collective unconscious. In the modern Western world, this is largely misunderstood territory. Chickadees have been known to fornicate with badgers here, for christsakes. The beneficial effects of the Piscean hormone melatonin have been part of the health supplement scene for some time, for high melatonin production is known to be synonymous with a high immune system, a low cancer risk, long life, energy, stamina, and according to many, enhanced spiritual awareness. Perhaps it is fitting then that this hormone is secreted by the pineal gland, a mysterious little item long believed by mystics to be the "Seat of the Soul," "Me Third Eye," and the organ through which psychic powers are exercised. In fact, it actually functions as an organ of sight in some reptiles, and it still seems to possess some sensitivity to light in higher mammals, since melatonin production increases when the person is exposed to darkness (thus melatonin means "night worker!") High melatonin production thereby increases the facility for receiving and transmitting high-frequency cosmic and local broadcasts, and leads to a greater state of cosmic awareness - a state simply of ’knowing.’ In this regard, it is interesting to note that the Pineal Third Eye has been found to contain very fine granular particles, rather like the crystals in a wireless receiving set. Many magical rites and meditation techniques are aimed at gaining control of this organ and the fluid it produces: Veering at the mercy of decadent thighs, In billowing abandonment, A serpent dancing on the coy derrière, A baton in the bawdy dunes. At 10:15 pm, the Sun goes into Aries, the marker of spring’s arrival and an instant energizer that brings courage and optimism. Yes, there are hurdles to clear, but they add to the excitement of entering a new time for humanity, in which each of us plays a vital part.
Tuesday March 20
The Moon in Pisces will run and run to catch up to the Sun in Aries today. Pisces represents, on the level of the first octave, the period between 28 weeks after Conception till Birth, when after the electrick nervous system of the fetus switches on (Aquarius), we become psychically tuned to the entity later to be known as Mother. On the level of the fourth octave (see Chapter 9 of the Meteversal Lightcraft Training Manual for more on the Four Octaves), Pisces represents the enlightened Self which must give itself totally to the whole, dissolving into the void, in order to achieve the final unity with the realm of pure spirit. On the World scale, Pisces occupies the period between 1910 and 1969. heralded by the founding of Psychoanalysis, when Mankind began exploring again the Unconscious strata of Life, and by Albert Einstein's (a Pisces) Theory of Relativity. This was the time of Jung, Joyce, Hesse, Huxley, Leary, Burroughs. We transcended the limits the illusion, Maya, the physical World of Assiah, extending inward with the electron microscope and outward with the high powered Telescope. The entire range of audible musical notes and the whole spectrum of visible colour, apprehended and understood. The dissolving power of mutable Water, Second coming of the Fish with the Double Wand of Power, Atom Bomb and LSD. With the Moon in Pisces we have a heightened sensitivity to Musick and the Dreamtime, and we feel the depths of pure compassion for the Metaverse and it's inhabitants. Let the subtlety of thought and expression, the depth of imagination, and the ability to think nonverbally inspire you to create beautiful art and music today.

Metaversal Astral Terrain Forecast for March 12th to March 16th: Mercury Retrograde Begins,,snigeB edargorteR yrucreM
Monday March 12
At 0:49 am PT/6°49' Aries, Mercury commences its retrograde to introduce the wild card influence of the week. We can use it to blast out the old energies—or perhaps it is better to say that our previous decisions and actions have prepared the scenarios through which that will happen automatically. Key tie-in dates are the March 5 and March 18, and April 22. A retrograde planet is generally considered more introverted than when it's in the normal direct motion mode. Astrologers have traditionally considered Mercury retrograde to be a time of difficulty in Mercury related endeavors like communication, travel and matters of detail. Some counsel the avoidance of launching new projects or signing contracts at this time. Glitches are considered more commonplace now, as are misunderstood or poorly delivered messages. There are, fortunately, more optimistic views of what Mercury retrograde means. Rather than hunkering down in your bunker, this is a positive time to tie up loose ends, reconnect with people from the past, make mechanical repairs and get systems in order. This can also be a productive period for psychological review as new information can be gleaned from old experiences. We get lots of support for constructive change, as the peak productivity of the Earth Grand Trine opens today with the trine of Jupiter to Pluto (the third of three). The Moon trines the Sun, giving us access to a watery, emotional calm that leads us into a half-day void period. We get some time to reconnoiter and get a view of the grand scheme until 11:53 pm, when our lunar satellite enters sparky Sagittarius.
Tuesday March 13
The Day of Mars in active Airweek finds the red planet in retrograde in Virgo. On the surface Mars and Virgo seem very different. Mars is direct , impulsive, fiery and impatient, while Virgo is careful, practical and detail-oriented. However, these two share a certain sharpness that can be combined to enhance productivity and higher levels of efficiency. Neither Mars nor Virgo wants to waste time. Both understand the value of getting a job done with dispatch. This period, then, can help us find out where to cut the fat in our work habits, so that tasks are handled quickly, making time for the development of new skills. Taken to its extreme, however, this focus on results can manifest as ruthless detachment and a lack of concern for the human side of the equation. Better to strike while still asleep, in order to maintain an alibi. A cherubic barking up the wall loosens the paint enough that we can read the inscriptions underneath; however, we have discovered to our surprise and delight that we would rather just eat the paint as it peels away like the skin of a blank but meaning-filled chrysalis, the unscripted flesh of the years..The Moon in Sagittarius brings out the fire in us, leading us to reject vague ideals for what’s right under our nose. Controlling our impulses will serve us in the long run, but if something develops quickly that is based on past efforts, let it flow into your life. That’s the Earth Grand Trine speaking. Venus brings the joy of social harmony and love as she makes exact connections in that beneficial pattern, trining Pluto and conjoining Jupiter today. Enjoy!
Wednesday March 14
The remaining Earth Grand Trine connections all occur today in advance of the Last Quarter Moon, which comes at 6:25 pm/24°32' Sagittarius and kicks off Earthweek. Venus trines Mars, which, even though the latter is retrograde, allows us to find harmony in connections from the past that belong with us in the future but may need mending. Mars simultaneously connects by trine with Jupiter and Pluto, to create a rare four-planet simultaneous Grand Trine pattern. This is not a one-day phenomenon; we have been working with this pattern-in-the-making since last June, so the fruits of our efforts that come to bear through mid-May will be based on what we’ve been doing all along, not just our current actions. The Last Quarter Moon imprints this blessing in our lives more firmly, with the potential to open doorways we hadn’t seen before. The results of these connections may wait to reveal themselves until after Mercury’s retrograde, but since Mercury corrects imbalances, overdue blessings can be realized at this time. In the chart cast for the US, the benefits of long-term planning and work will come to the American people. The citizenry is likely to see itself as standing up to hardship and winning against the odds, although it is a work in progress. The workforce is agitated by continued unemployment and unfair treatment, and this could erupt as strikes, #occupy activities, and general discontent. Many find a way out through individual enterprise. News comes out through alternative sources, which are gaining prominence in the public awareness. At 25 Sagittarius, the Last Quarter Moon is described by the symbol, “A chubby little rich boy rides on a hobby horse of bright colors and wishes for hazards he may never know.” (Jones version) When we wish for experiences foreign to us, in a completely unfamiliar vibration, those dreams can be the release from our current hardships but we must trust the spirit that brought the vision to us and follow our heart, which can make them come true.
Thursday March 15
Today is a decision day, as Mars squares the Moon’s Nodes. What we consider has the element of fate involved, and mysterious events show us the way. The Moon’s void period in Sagittarius transpires overnight, commencing at 0:34 am and ending at 3:24 am upon her entry into wise Capricorn. With many planets in the early degrees now, a kaleidoscope of lunar contacts brings back the Grand Trine benefits, after a few unexpected turns due to the tensions in Cardinal signs. Think of it as an Easter egg hunt, where the eggs are treasures hidden in the cacophony of events.
Friday March 16
The Day of Venus in Assiah, the World of Earth. The stones attributed to Venus are Emeralds and Malachite and her metal is Copper. We get a break from new energies as Moon travels the mid degrees of Capricorn, connecting with Venus overnight, then freeing us to direct our own path for the rest of the day.

Metaversal Hyper-Abyssic Astrology Forecast and Light-Specific Yoga Platform for March 7th through 11th (including the blessed Full Moon in Virgo)
Wednesday March 7
The Virgo Moon gives us an advance taste of next week’s exact Earth Grand Trine as it trines Jupiter and Pluto before conjoining Mars retrograde. Mars’s retrograde ups the stakes, and what happens now matters more to us than usual. At the same time, we feel more confident; the Metaverse has given us a sign of what direction to go, and the way forward is open now, feeding tomorrow’s Full Moon and priming us to take action. I ran into a Virgo friend of mine recently, you know who you are, and He was scolding a 7-11 store. He blames the store for his depressive state, which he insists could have been averted by the intervention of the market. A woman with whom he’d been emotionally involved has left town. Had the convenience store merely started ‘being convenient ’, he reasons, the woman would not have departed; hence, the possibility of a reconciliation – or perhaps some form of ego-gratifying harassment – would still exist. Logically, he admits that the 7-11 could not have been cognizant of the extent to which he ‘needed that gal’. Nevertheless, he reprimands it for simply standing and watching as the object of his desire walked past on her way out of the city. ‘You could have done something!’ wails the abandoned lover. Justified or not, such derision elicits a peculiar empathy: one cannot help but feel sorry for the 7-11, its mute architecture bearing the brunt of the broken-hearted Virgo's deranged plight.
Thursday March 8
On the wave of harmonies from the Earth Grand Trine, the Full Moon peaks at 18°13′ Virgo/1:39 am PT. This also starts the Moon’s void period, which lasts until 8:50 pm with its entry into Libra. This suggests that actions are best taken in advance of the Full Moon, or after the Moon goes into Libra, but in actual fact most of the actions we would be inclined to take on the Full Moon will be based on initiatives begun beforehand, so there can be fruitful completions based on the illumination of this period. Just as possible are actions taken after the Libra Moon (which will be challenging as it connects with Uranus, Pluto, and Saturn), when the Earth Grand Trine is in play. Carried on the Full Moon are the seeds of Mercury’s retrograde, which begins on March 12 (next Monday), and multiple interactions with Uranus, which is highlighted in Mercury’s retrograde. With the Sun and Mars past their peak, this Full Moon is more about what has already happened than about new events, but there will be a few plot twists as Mercury’s retrograde unfolds. Be prepared to be surprised! The chart cast for the US set in Washington DC shows challenge in the world of finance, affecting the economy’s long-range outlook, but we won’t hear the truth about these inner dealings right away. There is a homegrown rosy side to the picture that will develop throughout the spring. The answer to corporate collapse is grassroots enterprise. The Full Moon occurs at 19 Virgo, carrying the Sabian symbol of “There is a colorful gallery on the warm summer day; in the clear blue water a swimming race nears its decision.” (ME Jones version) The domain of sports, which is filled with tournaments now, highlights our human need to find diversion that lifts and gives hope. Out of these moments comes inspiration, and however we can generate it in ourselves, laughter, joy, and love further our path.
Friday March 9
The Day of blessed Venus in active Airweek. The Moon continues in Libra, bringing out the challenges embedded in our chosen path as it hooks up with Uranus, near-stationary Mercury, and Pluto. It is good on such a day to remember that we chose this path and so agreed to the obstacles we encounter, and can surmount them.
Saturday March 10
The Moon completes its stay in Libra, going void on its beneficial connection to Saturn at 7:09 pm PT, lending productive industry to our efforts today. We’ll get something important done. Take a break until 9:24 pm, when the Moon takes on the mystery of Scorpio. A healing energy is available to us and at least works on background, as Venus sextiles Chiron today. Relationship conflicts can be melted away now.
Sunday March 11
Moon in Scorpio opposing Venus-Jupiter gives us maximum perspective on what’s going right, but don’t go chasing after what’s wrong in the process. We have the opportunity to count our blessings today as she forms a Minor Grand Trine with Pluto and Mars, a segue into this golden week of the Earth Grand Trine involving Venus-Jupiter, Mars, and Pluto—making today’s connecting points into a productive kite formation. The wild card in the mix is Mercury, whose retrograde starts tomorrow and gives us a bumpier ride than we might like.

The March Astral Terrain Overview and Daily Forecasts for the 1st through the 5th
This forecast is prepared and written in luminous tiles across your retinas. May it shine forth upon all who meet your gaze. Words grow here slick and filthy and unhindered by enterprise.
Ahhh, March has sprung, when the cicadas emblazon the trees with the sonority of their oversoul, and the bleak, majestic locomotives of our ancestors awaken us as they roll across our sleep-thickened hearts. Yes, there’s a little something Apocalyptic for everyone in March, but the lucky ones who take center stage will have either Earth signs (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn) or mutable signs (Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius, Pisces) prominent. In the midst of the challenges we face with the 2012 phenomena and the crisis/transformation in human consciousness, there has been for several months a beautiful light-specific platform appearing and dissolving before us, seemingly floating among the clouds, a quorum of slavering Pre-Raphælites relinquishing diction for a prime ordeal latent with lysergic appeal. and drawing us forward. we ripen at will and I like it. Although this platform deluXe seems inaccessible at times, it is very available to us in March—in fact, it reaches its culmination as a kite forms across the heavens pinned to the high-tension wire stretching across space, the Sun’s opposition to Mars. This contact will be most powerful March forth, or rather March 4th through 14th, after building since last June. It will continue to be a solid footing for us to build on until the end of June. By now you have some idea of what you’re building, yes? For some it’s inner structures that will lead to an unfolding externalization of new forms further down the road. For others there are real plans, projects, relationships, homes, and other structures taking shape, perhaps in slow motion. Look for the signs of what’s developing, especially in the first half of the month. March will see our plans moved forward according to their stage of development. Some will finally precipitate into form into our experience, while others will remain in the ethers to be shaped by our faith and perseverance. Don’t give up! Generate terrific monuments made of coloured steam. In hail we storm the edifices of a scream more incredible than the bursting of a thousand hearts amplified through vacufazers at full speed. March is all about reconciliations which begin as internal reflections. Mercury entered its retrograde shadow on February 26 when it reached the earliest point it will back up to on when it goes direct on April 4, 23°51' Pisces. It commences retrograde travel on march 17th at 6°49' Aries. During its three weeks of backward travel, it carries messages from Saturn and Uranus. These planets occupy the borderland between the visible and invisible worlds, Saturn with its rules and structures, and Uranus with its constant invigoration that creates newness that creates harmony with the unseen. Nearly all our cycles are launched for 2012, except for Uranus’s. This is remedied on march 24th, when Sun reaches the Great Awakener at 4°31' Aries. This is part of a new round of challenges as the Sun marches through another Cardinal sign to highlight the Uranus–Pluto square, especially march 19-20. Expect a plot twist or two as the Sun makes this passage. What occurs now will be played out over the coming year.there’s a notable gaggle of astrological objects which will be retrograde in Virgo all month, telling us that questions of functionality, feasibility—the very effort it takes to get from here to there—and morality…they’re all in the mix. And maybe at stake. Virgo is an earth sign. And to have a bundle of “metaphysical considerations” poised in this particular earth(y) sign points to the “health” of the matter. Or your health. Duty, the job, employees, and where (or if, or how) we should or shouldn’t subjugate our will to the greater good. When is that a good idea or not such a good idea? This is the backdrop against which all else happens during March. In other words, we’re going to be thinking about things—and things will occur because this is the time to be thinking over what’s worth what, where duty meets desire, where our actions meet up with the boundaries of others—all that. So keep that in mind. Like as not you’ll find that one idea helps tie things together so you don’t feel quite so “pulled in one direction or another” all month! Mars (the gas pedal) and Saturn (the brakes) continue their retrogrades, slowing us down then speeding us up as we get what we have the potential to accomplish during their period of backward travel. Mars resumes forward motion on April 23, Saturn on June 25. Mars tends to focus us on clearing whatever obstacles keep us from moving forward, while Saturn leads us to correct the social structures that we need to go on. The issues of wounding and healing going back as far as February a year ago are brought to the surface as Mars opposes Chiron for the second of three times on March 22nd. We cannot be weaned prematurely or circumcised without sedation lest we become traumatized and crestfallen.
THURSDAY MARCH 1
Mercury quincunxes Saturn to open us to the story that will play out while Mercury is retrograde starting March 12.. Now we realize that our current relationship imbalances won’t go away without ‘fessing up. Listen up, this important! Moon moves through mid-Gemini, a square to Mars inflaming our mood. Watch your speech for irritability; if you can trace it back to what causes it inside you, you’ll have struck gold.
FRIDAY MARCH 2
Mercury enters daring Aries at 3:41 am PT to jazz up our communicative style and bring forth our confidence. Moon finishes its stay in Gemini early, entering its void period at 5:14 am on a note of bliss. It gives us a break until 7:08 am, when it dives into Cancer’s waters. With both Mercury and Moon early in a Cardinal sign, we’ll become aware of where our head and heart disagree about how to solve our biggest problems—another chance to clear misconceptions and bring them into harmony. Over the day, contacts to Neptune, Uranus, and Jupiter deepen our experiences. From now on there will be sleeping in blue forests, there will be dancing on silver beaches and there will be bathing in prismatic waterfalls. Only magnetic nights from now on. There will be riding on the backs of angelzebras. The keys are lettered and the letters are numbered. From now on we are electrick.
SATURDAY MARCH 3
The three-month Mars retrograde period reaches its peakwhen it is opposed by the Sun at 12:10 pm/13°39' Virgo-Pisces. Since January 23rd we’ve been bathed in Mars’s energy, perhaps feeling more rushed, anxious, frustrated, or energized about something. Wherever this applies in your life, the situations reach critical mass today, and we will know more about what direction this is headed in very soon. The Moon swims through mid-Cancer, taking us deep into the unconscious overnight, then helping us find opportunity to overcome the obstacles that Sun-Mars bring to the fore.
SUNDAY MARCH 4
Harking back to mid-February (the 7th-15th) we emerge from the depths of examining our ways of relating to others, recovering gems of insights from the fertile soils in the Underworld. All things seem possible now, including returning to the past to recover what belongs in the future. The parts that you want to carry forward are available now, as Venus opposes Saturn retrograde. The Moon in late Cancer augments the process by making us more aware of our emotional states surrounding these situations. We tap the inner realms and communicate with others during its void period, which starts at 2:17 pm, lasting until it enters optimistic Leo at 3:18 pm PT. Insights flood us for the rest of the day if we’re paying attention. We can charm a snake from a cat’s vagina just by snoring. We can steer a tank with our diction even if you numb our tongue with a lethartonic unguent. And yet even the slightest breeze seems to send us into a blazing legislative fury.
MONDAY MARCH 5
Our insight period peaks in the wee hours, when Mercury conjoins Uranus in Aries. We feel much better about our relationships as our love receptors light up when Venus enters Taurus at 2:25 am PT. Now it heads toward a highly auspicious conjunction with Jupiter, timed to coincide with the Earth Grand Trine of March.13-14. It offers a rare opportunity for flow, but it tends toward happiness with what we have rather than action, so draw upon the activating elements of your own nature if you want to create something new with this energy, which is with us through March 31st. Next comes a little dish of ivory spittle from the mouth of a milksucking bat (it preys on lactating sloths and humans). After that comes a cube made of quetzal eggs set in gold-flecked acrylic (no expense spared here). And if you’re still murmuring amongst yourselves, a clay bowl hand-crafted by Canadian deco-primitivists and filled with spiced snuff or ketamine, as you please, will be presented for ritual snorting – unless you just want to look at it. Following the bowl ritual, you will be invited to recline for a special ceiling show (all we can tell you is that it will be accompanied by Goa Trance music broadcast cranially through special speakers in your formfitting headrests).By the time the tiger moths and hummingbirds are released into the chamber (next on the bill), we will have left the Earth’s orbit. Moon in Leo motivates us to expand and reveals the benefits of doing so as it squares Jupiter.
