The Metaversal Virgo New Moon Terrain: Monday, August 25th
MONDAY AUGUST 25
The Day of the Moon in Atziluth, starting off Fireweek of the Virgo Lunar Cycle. At 2:33 am, the Moon enters Virgo and activates the New Moon, which arrives at 7:13 am PT/2°19' Virgo (10:13 am ET). .Virgo represents the period from 13 to 23 years old, when mental growth dominates our lives and many attend institutes of higher learning. Many binding choices are made and the rules and details of society are learned. On the World scale Virgo is between 800 BC and AD 400, when classical civilizations like Greece and Rome flourished, when culture, science, philosophy, politics dominated. By AD 300the Books of the New Testament were chosen to support the beliefs of the Christians who formed the political organization of the Church. The naive excepted the surface value, while initiates were forced to hide (occult) their rituals and teachings. Until now. Even above Earth, there are secrets at the heart of Nature that'd make you laugh till you stopped." How can you believe in astrology?," angry, drunken Basque separatists have asked me. I tell them that astrology is not a belief system, but an archetypal, poetic language. I don't ask you if you believe in Japanese. I ask if you speak it. I don't ask you if you believe in music, I ask if you play it. I happen to speak the heavenly tongue of astrology along with thousands of other highly intelligent, inspiring, spiritual and even scientific astrologers. Mercury sextiles Mars and Saturn, urging us to put thought into practice to accomplish our long-term goals. Venus quincunxes Chiron and trines Uranus, once more focusing our attention on healing our wounds, from the physical to the spiritual and everything in between. The sharpness and precision of this Virgo New Moon are reinforced by the conjunction of pointed Mars and structured Saturn later today, making this a time for committed action. If I never have to deal with angry, drunken Basque separatists who have stolen the Shroud Of Turin again, it'll be too soon. Still, if my destiny is to be an untransformed seed-cum-manure of a man - or to put it another way - if I can at least be the source of unconscious friction that triggers another Christ or Buddha's urgency to awaken, then so be it. Fertilize my ego!
There are plenty of contacts today and tomorrow to promise a potent lunar month ahead. This union between the planets of go and stop requires patience and a strong sense of purpose to transform frustration into productivity. While some may get bogged down with delays and power struggles, concentrated effort makes it possible to break new ground. It's time to get a grip, master a craft, commit to a project, and take control of your life. Purging people and practices, as well as letting go of obligations that have outlived their value, are excellent ways to clear a path to hard-earned self-improvement. Self-discipline, a clear sense of direction and a willingness to work hard make this transit a powerful tool for reaching your goals. The most powerful energy of the day is one that has been building since late July, as Mars conjoins Saturn. Now we have what we need to make “it” happen. In the New Moon chart of the US cast for Washington DC, the focus begins to turn toward the mid-term elections in November. The voting public is showing more understanding of the facts, and a concern for the environment will emerge as the primary concern right now. There is a dig-in and can-do attitude that greets the challenges of the future, as people look to each other for the support they can’t find through the customary means that society has provided in the past. A lack of resources is met with ingenuity. Although foreign conflicts are a worry, the domestic front is more harmonious.
Still, some matters remain hidden from public view for now. The single Sabian Symbol for both Sun and Moon at this lunation (influencing the entire lunar month) is: “two guardian angels bringing protection”. There is benefit in focusing on our inner reality and the role that divine consciousness plays in guiding. and protecting us. However we choose to describe this sense of interaction with hidden influences—fate, protection, guidance, mystery, divine intervention—the element of invisible power is highlighted now. This could also indicate an over-reliance on others (visible or invisible) to take care of our needs and brings up questions of faith and what’s real. Yet protection is assured if we are sincere. Developing new skills and refining existing ones increases efficiency and improves professional status. Establishing healthy habits and eliminating wasteful ones are appropriate now too. There is, though, the frequent Virgo factor of focusing on flaws, which can be discouraging. Tearing oneself down with criticism
is only useful when done with a plan for improving the situation. On the other hand, nebulous Neptune's opposition to this Sun-Moon conjunction can either
waste effort in pursuit of a fantasy or provide inspiration to motivate our efforts. In either case, small steps taken in pursuit of dreams can lead to
successful long-term change.

Metaversal Hyper-abyssic Astrology Forecast (and Light-Specific Yoga Platform) for August 20th to August 24th
WEDNESDAY AUGUST 20
The Day of Mercury, the Messenger of the Gods, in the World/Week of Earth. The stones attributed to Mercury are Opals and his metal is of course, Quicksilver. At 1:45 am, the Moon goes into Cancer (4:45 am ET), where it is strong, and our feelings rise to the surface. We get the feeling component of what we’ve been trying to clarify, and finally we know what to do. However, in romance actions speak louder than words with three planets still in affectionate Leo, including amorous Venus. Nevertheless, communicator Mercury requires us to stick with the facts as it speeds through practical Virgo. Acknowledging our feelings is healthy, but keeping them in perspective is even better.
THURSDAY AUGUST 21
It may feel awkward, but as Venus quincunxes Pluto, it’s time to take care of an unresolved situation,
where misunderstanding has been the rule. Power struggle will prevent harmony if we insist on being right.
Mercury, though, makes sure we get the logic correctly. The Moon in Cancer makes sure we deal with the real issue and get our
feelings out in the open, at least to ourselves. Its void period commences at 12:34 pm (3:34 pm ET), after which the psychic wireless is wide open. Yes, Sun and Moon are joy riding basically, because they have the key. Who gave them the key? I did. So, fuck me like fried potatoes on the most beautifully hungry morning of my God-damn life.
FRIDAY AUGUST 22
The Day of Venus in Assiah, the World of Earth. The stones attributed to Venus are Emeralds and Malachite and her metal is Copper. At 9:46 pm, the Sun enters Virgo (12:46 am 8/23 ET), focusing us on turning our brilliant new Leonian ideas into
organized plans. The life-giving Sun's presence in methodical Virgo is meant to take the creative impulses of the previous thirty days and find the means to turn them into reality. Focusing on immediate tasks is more likely to lead to success than daydreaming about the future. Developing healthy habits increases vitality, providing the energy to refine old skills and learn new ones. A key to self-improvement is to make incremental changes as small steps taken in a positive direction lead to major advances over time. When Mars quincunxes (and also receives) Uranus, we see where our use of willpower has gotten us.
Changes may seem to throw obstacles in the path, but they are not side-trips; rather, they are iintrinsic to what we want to accomplish. The Moon enters Leo at 1:49 pm, but makes no contacts until tomorrow.
SATURDAY AUGUST 23
The Day of Saturn, the Holder of the Secrets of Time, in Assiah, the World of Earth. The stones attributed to Saturn are Hematite and Onyx and her metal is Lead. Meet with other souls today, 'in the flesh,' including non-human beings (animals, plants) . The Tarot card attributed to Saturn in Assiah is the Three of Disks (Material Success), making this a good day for money magick. Saturn in Assiah literally completes the braid which not only holds Assiah together, but creates the possibility for the proper information context for the evolution of human nervous systems, which are fortunate enough to be able to embed themselves in the "fields" of the Metaverse..A Mars trine to Chiron ensures that we will be focused on healing today. It’s a good day for any healing treatment, but especially anything that involved metal, movement, or action, such as acupuncture or physical exercise. The Moon in Leo is in its dark morning-crescent phase. Leo represents the period of when as children we begin primary school, which is the first detachment from the family structure, where we learn to make relationships and satisfy the need to be loved in the world. Games provide a way to relate to others and they teach us to accept and make rules, the basis for being able to structure our lives (from 7 to 13 years old). On the World Scale, Leo is between 3,000 to 800 BC when both the Egyptian and
Sumerian civilizations flourished, when religion became monotheistic, where one being represented or was, God on Earth. During this Time of Pharaohs and Kings, Lion images proliferated in architecture and monuments, for the Lion is of course, King of Beasts. With the Moon in Leo, don’t let an insecure ego run rampant trying to overcompensate for what you think you don’t have. It’s easy to turn emotional incidents into high drama. Build emotional security by using your willpower. Be romantic. Love. Revel in the warmest kindest most tender parts of yourself. It’s time to make our wishes for the next lunar cycle, which starts on Monday—the Wishing Moon. This time, we are focused on matters of the heart.

Metaversal Astral Terrain Forecast for August 13th to August 16th
WEDNESDAY AUGUST 13
The Day of Mercury in the week of Active Air. Mercury's function in Yetzirah is to actively communicate. To think. To know. To reason.
Mercury teaches (by demonstration), the animation of Eidolons, the magick indwelling of icons by Spirit. Avoid any doctrine or religious
movement that advocates a shameful wickedness with the alphabet. At 6:00 am, the Moon enters Aries and creates a powerful and auspicious Fire
trine with Venus and Jupiter bookending the day (9:00 am ET). Aries represents the period from birth to seven months old, when as new borns,
we experience everything as an extension of ourselves. Virtually all energy is devoted to having our needs met.
On the World scale, Aries is between 48,000 BC and 26,000 BC, when the primitive Neanderthals were trounced upon by
Cro-magnons. They were virtually identical to modern Homo Sapiens, yet anthropologists do not know from whence they came.
The Aries Moon can be so enthused with it's own adventure that it might seem a little arrogant. Don't take it personally.
The focus is on action, not reaction. Sobbing and laughing from the fjord to the poorhouse, the tattooed infant teethes,
balancing maliciously over the sea in the jejune elephantine dawn. The more “real” we can be about what’s happening,
the more realistic our response and speedy our rebirth and recovery until the twilight comes, and with it,
the soft rustle-rustle-THUMP of the creeping caterpillars, hauling their rickety pianos out to the town square in
ominous fashion. I don't mind telling you, I saw that lady, and I don't know how she gets away with it. With what?
With uniformed or perhaps short-sighted desires. Make hay while the Sun shines!
It’s a perfect day for initiating creative projects, or anything that you want to move quickly.
THURSDAY AUGUST 14
The Day of Jupiter in the kabbalistic World of Air, Yetzirah. If you don't have a good laugh today, you are missing the
point. There is a whole division of the Angelic Hierarchy assigned to the sephiroth Chesed (Jupiter) whose purpose is
divine inspiration through laughter. And there is no vision more critical in the career of the adept than the Metaversal
Joke. Did you here the one about the astrologer who broke his arm and attributed it to an accident? At 4:44 in the morning
you won't see a cop or a raccoon; you can pee in full phantasmagoria under the stars in the night with the wind high and salty and the dome of the
sky in full splay sprayed and contusioned upon the black upon the twisted wicked love of the cypress in decline. Someday I'd like to stop
three feet from the top of Everest. "Fuck it, I'm not going a single inch further." I'd say and turn around.
Life is not completely devoid of obstacles, and we’ll see some of the glitches that need to be resolved as Jupiter
quincunxes Neptune. This opens a yod with Pluto that is complete on September 5, so we can expect to be working with
these matters until then. They won’t prevent, but will seem to delay. The Sun shines through a window of opportunity that
will make our work easier if we see and use it.The Moon makes us a little more sensitive, even reactive early in the day
with contacts to Pluto and Uranus—don’t take the bait. We finish on a note of possibility and hope as Moon trines Sun.
We can put those new ideas into action after all. We should not underestimate the power of Earthritual/ interlock/ and the
focused magnetism of emotion. If we would like less catastrophic weather change, this is specifically the engineering we must learn.
Like man, the weather participates or partakes of both Earth and Sky. These planet-wide weather up-heavals are literally and specifically, collective emotions. Only if we can emote collectively and braid our ecosystems with coherent emotion can we save our future. This is no arbitrary test for survival of our genepool. It is the perfect test. If we can learn to braid electrical space with the harmonics which love weaves, then we have passed the "ring pass knot" gate to the privilege of doing that same activity for the braid creation of star systems and galaxies with our similar but much unpacked and blossomed electrical bodies.
Love is not just a good idea, it's the Law
FRIDAY AUGUST 15
If you actively invoke blessed HANIEL, the Archangel of Venus into your heart today, you may find you have developed the ability to feel like Khrisna, multiplying himself into a dozen pastoral, naked farmhands with muddy feet and emerald pond scum on their thighs, or maybe you are a young Freya on the back of a panther, eating honey. Venus, who gets oversimplified like a lot of her sisters, is one of the most complex planets going: she works as an attractive force and as a creative one. The 5 roses represent the five senses in the Empress card (Atu 3) And in the Lovers card (Atu 6 ) the senses are the five fruits of Eve. Venus is indeed in cahoots with the senses. All movement of all living creatures in world of Assiah are tied to the senses and the desire-nature. The accomplished Lightpilot can remove the robe of desire in order to withdraw into the worlds of Briah and Atzitluth, but in order to achieve anything in the physical realms you keep that robe on. When you act, your gonna act in terms of desire. Venus represents that which is desirable. Every living thing seeks pleasure and tries to avoid pain. Victory lies in understanding our desire nature and learning how to use it.
Venus is a planet of sensitivity and affectionIt’s work, work, work, as Mars sextiles Pluto. We want to get it done! Add analytic genius and the urge to organize when Mercury enters Virgo at 9:44 am (12:44 pm ET), its sign of both exaltation and rulership. The Moon in Aries catches Mercury right before the sign change, creating harmony as it goes void of course at 8:50 am for only eight minutes. At 8:58 am, Moon enters Taurus, bringing us down to Earth with our high-flying goals and the projects that will achieve them. Creativity still flows.
SATURDAY AUGUST 16
The Day of Saturn in the kabbalistic World of Air, Yetzirah. Wearing Black and facing North, invoke the spirit of Johnny Cash into your Base Chakra (The Malkuth "Lil' World" Morphogenetic Field Transceiver) with the mantrum. "Because your mine, I walk the line". With it being Fire week, honor Saturn today by creating greater stability in the Metaverse, actively expressing or experiencing your security needs, and cleansing and strengthening your base Chakra. Our consciousness in this chakra is concerned with survival, with our fight or flight response, with our instincts. It links the individual with the physical world. Serves as the foundation to evolve and build personality. If we are to ignore this chakra, and concern ourselves with the higher levels, we will be growing without roots, we will be unstable, unable to withstand the trials that will come our way. If our survival needs are met, the Base Chakra will function healthily, but if there is a perceived threat to this, (such as a difficult house move, job change, health problems, etc.) it can create an imbalance. Other Saturnian imbalances can show themselves in various ways, from sleeplessness and the inability to relax, to obsession with money, possessions or health. We continue stabilizing our plans and projects as Moon moves through Taurus. Our desire to fulfill our goals is greatly heightened as the Moon motivates us to reach toward results that we want to finalize by the New Moon on August 25. The Yogic school going back through the experimental stages of the formation of the Science of Yoga, had identified over 100/one-hundred aspect/attributes of time, though many of these also include the time-binding properties of what we call 'karma' in the collective, and karmans in the particulate. Time, from these views of reality, is not a 'river' carrying 'events' in a stream. The alternate understanding expressed in what can be labeled as the 'yogic' understanding of reality, 'time' is but part of the 'template' through which continuous creation expresses itself. This is to say, that in the 'continuous creation of universe, including me and you and everything in between' school of reality, 'time' is but a necessary component of the basic 'infrastructure' of reality. It must also be understood that in this view, 'time' is not a separate part of reality, nor is it a 'singular' part of reality. Make sense? Clear as brown goat butt in a howling dust storm? As a point of departure for this discussion of 'time' and the techniques of its use, we begin at the beginning, or the source of time. This is a tiny spot, waaay too small to be seen by the naked human eye, even likely way too small to be seen with any of our most advanced microscopes. This tiny tiny spot is at the absolute center of the universe. That it is also at the very center of the multiverse (all of the multitude of singular central points), is best left for another discussion. This small point contains all that is Source for what we call, 'reality' or 'the material world'. This Source is actually an energetic pulse that fires off at the rate of 22/twenty-two trillion times a second (in our understanding of what a 'second' actually is in the chronos meaning). Every single pulse, which is to say, all 22/twenty-two trillion pulses each and every second since the beginning of time, instantly travels in Non-Time/Space (aka - The Void to all the taoist/buddhists out there), to the center of all the galaxies within universe (and the multiverse....but again, for later). As there is no time in The Void, or Non-Space/Time, each of the pulses travels to the center of each of the galaxies simultaneously, and from there, also taking up no Time, each pulse spreads out to the center of each of the material bodies such as suns, and planets and stuff throughout the totality of that galaxy. It is this pulse, at the rate of 22/twenty-two trillion times a second, that 'regulates' the manifestation of time. As 'time' in the aggregate of all of its aspects/attributes is central to all conscious perception of motion, distance, and indeed, all forms of perception itself in any form of consciousness expressed in material universe, 'time' is thus the 'propellant' that causes consciousness to perceive. Stated another way just to be really confusing, without time, consciousness could not perceive any motion, any change, including the 'change' that is required within each of the senses of the body themselves. Thus 'time' as an integral aspect of perception within the consciousness manifesting in material universe, is what the pulse from the center of universe carries directly to consciousness. Looked at yet another way in an attempt at understanding, while it takes no 'time' for each of the pulses to expand through out each universe from the initial, and central pulse point, each of these pulses is a 'carrier' of time, in all its aspects and attributes. Yet, just to confuse the hell out of consciousness, these pulses from the center of universe, *are* consciousness itself, about to perceive itself, in the reflections of its own perception of itself as time. See...? This is the whole of the duality problem, the perceiver is the perceived and vice versa. However as far as Time, its nature and manipulation are concerned, not too relevant. Stated another way, the pulse at the center of continuous creation carries directly to consciousness, the necessary creation of 'time', at a universal level. This 'pulse of universal time' is, for most of consciousness in manifesting material world, not sensed, yet it forms a 'Metaversal Platform' for all of universe. The base pulse of continuous crea The whole of material reality is merely a giant collision of energy bouncing off itself at a huge multitude of frequencies, amplitude, and ranges. Some of these collisions of energies are extremely temporary such as radioactive decay or gamma radiation, others form standing wave patterns that persist over 'time'. Such persistent standing waves of collisions of energy include suns, solar systems, dust, dirt, humans, pigs, fishes, birds, planets, plants, pies, bacteria, and a multitude of other 'things' which all are 'alive' in the energetic sense, though some of which we consciousness-expressing-as-humans, might not recognize as being in the category of 'life'. Nonetheless, all of reality is but our perception of these energetic collisions filtered through 'time' into consciousness. It should be noted that this model fully supports the Terrance McKenna idea of an eschaton, or world-time ending.

Metaversal Daily Forecasts for August 7 to August 10th
Thursday August 7
The Day of Jupiter in the kabbalistic World of Water.Projecting Light Specific Blue and facing West, vibrate this azure deluxe into your Second Chakra along with the mantrum: EE-BE-DA. Jupiter is all about allowing ambiguity, contradiction, and movement. It isn't about integration. It helps the ego become more flexible. By Jove, life isn't about staying calm and balanced, but rather about keeping complexity and drama and everything else alive and in dynamic flow. Jupiter is the largest of all the true planets, its mass greater than the rest of them combined. Astrologically, Jupiter is the planet of expansion, growth and
optimism. Known as "The Greater Benefic," it symbolizes good luck and fortune. In the ancient Indian language Sanskrit Jupiter is called "guru" or teacher. This fits its association with the higher mind, philosophy, truth and religion. Perhaps Jupiter's good fortune derives from the larger perspective it provides on life in general and our own circumstances. Leo symbolizes individual expression and creativity. Jupiter's presence in this bold sign emphasizes the power of one person to make a statement that will be heard by the world. The capacity to get people to stand up and take notice is likely to be expanded during this entertaining
and dramatic time. Jupiter's pursuit of meaning can be enhanced by taking personal risks and an opening of the heart, with which the sign Leo is associated. The negative side of this transit, however, can be excessive glorification of the ego. Pride in self is healthy, but boundless pride is a blinding light that darkens, rather than illuminates. This can be a time of "bread and circuses," when meaningful questions are buried in the noise of spectacle. Serious inquiry may not come easily when bombast rules the land. The truth is not limited by the past or even current circumstances with Jupiter in Leo. This visionary planet in such an expressive fire sign is about creating a future with love and courage that surpasses our present vision of reality.
If we feel it in our gut, we can do it today, as Mars makes a trine to Neptune. The Moon enters Capricorn at 6:39 am (9:39 am ET), bringing our initiatives to life from a new perspective, one filled with meaning and excitement. Today it feels good, and we have opportunities to bring things into form, to create what we want.
Friday August 8
Venus is a planet of sensitivity and affection. Its entry into the sign of Cancer marks a period of potentially greater intimacy and relationship-building for those willing to feel their deepest needs and share them with others. Venus in Cancer reminds us that love is a great nurturing force, one that binds relationships by the care that we give to one another. We're all likely to be more aware of the level of approval and acceptance we're receiving now. This can enrich our connections with others as subtle patterns of emotional give and take become more apparent.
However, it's also possible that objectivity may suffer as vulnerability and uncertainty surface. Venus in Cancer has a purity of feeling that puts us in touch with primal needs. Patterns of early childhood may become more evident for those able to step back and see themselves clearly. Others, though, may descend into infantile habits of petulance, withdrawal and denial of self-responsibility. The trick is to reach back in time to see the stream of development that has brought you to this point in your relationships without staying in the past. Cancer, at its best, connects the past with the present. Water signs, like Cancer, work more from instinct than intellect. Verbal communication, then, may not be sufficiently expressive to match feelings. Venus in Cancer is a time when love and relationships move far beyond words. This is a period in which subtle signals count a great deal. Be alert to what is not being said, if you want to deepen your understanding of those close to you. The big event that has been building this week is the Full Mercury conjunction to the Sun at 9:21 am/16°03′ Leo. We are now halfway through
the Mercury cycle that commenced on June 19. Something has been established, and now it is time to complete the job. This comes with a twist, as Chiron is involved in both events, ensuring that we focus on our healing process on this cycle. Sudden changes could slip gracefully into our lives under a Uranian influence. What happens now is also tied to our ongoing efforts to bring meaning into our life as a part of our new foundation. The Moon augments this from its most authentic position, in Capricorn as it contacts Pluto, Uranus, and Saturn. Capricorn represents, on the level of the first octave, the period between 7 weeks until 12 weeks after Conception, when the embryo becomes a fetus, and the sex and physical appearance are determined. The body takes form through it's skeletal system. On the level of the fourth octave (see Chapter 9 of the Metaversal Lightcraft Training Manual for more on the Four Octaves), Capricorn represents the integration and structuring of the higher perceptions of the Self in the World on a practical level. On the World scale, Capricorn occupies the period between AD 1750 and AD 1840. This was the time when the ideology of Sagittarius was translated into material form. Humanity evinced a superiority over the forces of nature, and the Industrial revolution began. Romanticism surrounded the likes of Shelley, Goethe, Byron, and Chopin, reacting to the cold prevailing mechanistic World view. Rudolph Steiner said that the human being is created, and destined to be, a self-defining creature. Are we slightly higher than monkeys or slightly lower than angels? Good old fashion hard work yields the answer. Monkeys and Angels are set to grind corn with the Moon in Capricorn. Tackle those long term projects and remember, the Mountain must be tackled one step at a time. The fun part is knowing that this nice little braid cascade of planetary wave donuts gets its pressure nested to fold all inside out through one slip knot to ... elsewhere because not only is this a powerhouse day when we should not expect things to go as planned; expect to work on things that are not on your to-do list. In particular, use the evening for introspection and meditation—it will pay off over time. The Moon in Capricorn giving us all the stable gravity of magnetism permitted by fractal symmetry to go BETWEEN frequencies in a cascade, but this magnetism is also actually the WIND ON WHICH LOVE TRAVELS.

Life is a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, but death is a short certificate written by a sensible fellow with a degree in forensic pathology.
The Sun adds inspiration and courage to what we realized from Mercury yesterday, quincunxing Chiron and squaring Saturn to make it real. By the time we rise, Moon has gone void of its course, at 1:09 am (4:09 am ET) in Capricorn. We get a few hours in deep space before it enters Aquarius at 6:52 am, reconnecting Jupiter to Mars and continuing the urge to take strong action in our most compelling situations. Why are you the way you are? You seem to have lost contact with your motives — which you’re finally figuring out, now that you’re back in the groove of listening to them again. In the journey of awakening, you’re in that delicate space of playing snooze tag with yourself, only it’s not a single day you’re preparing to embark on; it’s the rest of your life. Denial is a peculiar state, unique to human consciousness: the ability, in essence, to pretend we’re not aware of something that we are actually aware of. Denial presumes that there is something to deny; and that we have a motive to keep it from awareness. If you notice that you’re struggling to admit something to yourself, break it down into what that something is, and why you might not want to acknowledge it. While you’re pondering that, here is another question: is this whole thing a dance around how you were treated as a child? Are you covering up for someone else’s psychological stance toward you? Once that pattern is established, it can establish a pattern that the mind copies, which then propagates and takes root in many other relationships.
See if you can get to the original motive; the original transaction that led you to learn any mode of response that involved pretending or denying that something obviously true was not. Get clear about that and much else will come into focus. Eno’s Oblique Strategy Card: #123 Use an old idea
Metaversal August Overview and Daily Forecasts for August 1st through August 6th
The August Terrain
After an agonizingly long 2 plus years of dealing with predominantly Cardinal energies (Aries, Cancer, Libra, Capricorn), our gaze is turned toward the Fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, Aquarius) as the Sun moves through Leo and takes its entourage (Mercury, Venus, and Mars) with it. Add Jupiter and Saturn into the mix, with Moon once each week at the lunations, and we have a firm focus on establishing and stabilizing the new directions in our life. This is big. We’ve had so much shuffling and reshuffling with the Cardinal emphasis, we’ve gotten used to constant change, to feeling at times overwhelmed, and to having to reach for solid earth beneath our feet. Saturn the Planet (as opposed to Saturn the... GodForm, Archetype, Concept) Now we find firm footing, landing on our feet with a welcome thud. Suddenly, the landscape of our future from the mists, and we find there’s something solid to build. If we have established our foundations in the past 2+ years, we’re ready to go now. Yes, there will be obstacles, but using or removing them is the specialty of the Fixed signs. We are gathering resources, drawing the people to us who will stick with us in this process for long into the future, as well as those who will facilitate progress and move on. It’s all about holding and persevering now, although the powerful transformations happening all around and within us will continue less emphasized. While the Sun is in Leo, we focus on matters of the heart. We draw to us those of like mind and spirit, those who motivate us and whom we inspire. Leo’s generosity of spirit naturally draws others to us, and we form groups and develop initiatives that cannot be completed with our consolidated efforts. It is an uplifting time, especially with Jupiter also in Leo. Jupiter in Leo gives us the theme of the coming year, August to August. We will be gathering with others and creating, each of us contributing our uniqueness as an irreplaceable gift. We will find a path that shines this month, and we will follow it with those most important to us. There are inevitable adjustments to make in the process. August is laden with quincunxes and yods, as it has been in the past two decades. The person in charge of dispelling notions will be off duty during the hours of greatest morphic resonance, in order to provoke the gods. We’re bridging a gap, stretching ourselves a bit thin, but things slowly get put right after the Sun enters Virgo. This year is no exception. These contacts require patience and discipline to override frustration and release the juicy treasures of their oddness. We could charm a snake from a cat’s vagina just by snoring. We couldn't steer a tank with our diction even if you numbed ourtongues with a lethartonic unguent. And yet even the slightest breeze seemed to send us into a blazing legislative fury. Think outside the box, and you’ve got a head start on these energies.Mars and Venus may wreak havoc on our relationships if we try to push something through at the end of the month. They make a square in Scorpio and Leo, challenging us to forego pride in order to activate an important change. This is the third time that Venus and Mars have squared each other in these signs in recent years. Stubbornness or impatience can block progress at this time. This is not always played out in "courtship" or personal relationships. Anything that we want and have been trying to bring into our lives may be affected by delays or obstructions. The hardest thing to manage with the shift to the Fixed emphasis is the slower pace of things. It continues to work best to refrain from resisting the flow of events, even if that is difficult to do. We could alarm a naked choir from pat’s vagina just by soaring. I could hunt deer with a tank even if you numbed my tongue with a freezy pop. There is less back-and-forth now, and steps taken are likely to carry us steadily ever forward.
FRIDAY AUGUST 1
If you actively invoke blessed HANIEL, the Archangel of Venus into your heart today, you may find you have developed the ability to feel like Khrisna, multiplying himself into a dozen pastoral, naked farmhands with muddy feet and emerald pond scum on their thighs, or maybe you are a young Freya on the back of a panther, eating honey. The Day of Venus, who gets oversimplified like a lot of her sisters, is one of the most complex planets going: she works as an attractive force and as a creative one. Intelligence is the greatest aphrodisiac, but a dab of extract from a civet's anal gland and a nice pair of shoes will work just as well today. After two dramatic contacts while in Cardinal signs, Mars squares Jupiter in their new sign locations, Scorpio and Leo. This is the final contact to complete the processes initiated and completed with the recent Mars retrograde
March 1-May 19). What comes forward now relates to situations where conditions have changed so much that it becomes a new beginning in some way. This comes against the backdrop of social harmony and well being as Venus trines Saturn and Chiron, forming a Water Grand Trine. The Moon in balanced Libra today feels like being social. Libra represents the period from 23 to 42 years old, when partnerships are made and balance is sought between others and oneself. On the World scale Libra is between 400 and 1100 AD, when division of the church and state took over, and the Dark Ages swept over Europe and Asia. The opposition is symbolic of the fact that in order to emerge from the unconscious, internal conflicts must be brought out into the light of day. Marriage was the primary process through which opposing countries where integrated into a whole. With the Moon in Libra we are aware of our communal relations, law, justice and balance. The 7th house (Libra) has been called the house of marriage. The key to the New Aeon of MA'AT is figuring out the new symbol for Libra, as the institution of marriage was originally designed as a tool by the Church to secure it's future domination. Those that cannot find this new symbol and perform these symbolic rites on themselves and their tribe, and the whole fabric of material being, will inherit only the blues, decay, and husks. Think more in terms of partnership and remember, your heart must be light as a feather. The Moon completes its active travel in Libra at 7:58 pm (10:58 pm ET), contacting the Cardinal transformation agents, Pluto and Uranus, on the way, and magnifying our feelings about what still needs fixing in our ties with others.
SATURDAY AUGUST 2
Agreements are favored as Mercury conjoins Jupiter, but a square to Mars suggests finalizing the documents and
taking action steps after some corrections are made. The Moon is void all day, reactivating us when it enters Scorpio
at 7:57 pm (10:57 pm ET). . I hope this isn't an ackward time to mention that the structural basis for all Light-specific work in the Metaverse is regular, disciplined connection to the No-Form, meditation, contemplation, what ever you want to call it, as long as it's deep. Supremely solitary in that heath of scrub. The Light-Specific state initiates itself with SOLITUDE, the gratifying element of being alone (if only for 20 minutes a day)... without which, true development is impossible. The point is to connect to your inner source of stability, the state of potentia, the No-Form, at least once a day. No-Form is not a goal or state of "spiritual arrival" (as some religions would have us believe), it is a highly practical, multi-purpose tool for dissolving our identification with the ego. If you want to play with us, this is the only rule. The foundation of our Lightcraft is built in Chaos, so you must maintain a firm foundation, or Chaos your life will be. Some of us need this connection four times a day (sunrise, true noon, sunset, true midnight). Some of us actually manage to do it four times a day. It is a choice you must make. I would do it for you if I could. Once a day is all that's required to maintain the Continuity function. Future generations of yourself will be glad this came to pass. The Lightcraft Academy , Yoga Ceremonial Magick, this astrology forecast, they all provide ritual technology for Self initiation. But the key word here is Self. D.I.Y
SUNDAY AUGUST 3
The Day of the Sun in Atziluth. The Metaversal Lightpilot, which the ancient Egyptians referred to as the KA, is actually
the fourth dimensional driver of the third dimensional Lightcraft, the BA. There is a sixth dimensional solar mind which
interacts with all levels and is purely an electromagnetick harmonic, a harmony based on all the other levels coming
together around a center. And the sun is the center eternally now and therefore timeless. The Sun never sets on itself.
The evolution of the Metaversal song, what some refer to as the Great Work, has as its core the purpose of resonating this harmonic through your individual interactive Lightcraft. Leo occupies the middle of the summer in the northern hemisphere, the hottest time of the year for half the planet. It's appropriate, then, that the sign Leo is associated with our source of heat, the Sun. This central star of our solar system is the hub around which all of the planets orbit. This position of centrality is basic to the Leo personality. Leo represents awareness of self and is, arguably, the most self-centered sign of the zodiac. Taken negatively, this means that Leo can be blinded by the light of its own ego. Like a shining star, its brilliance can make it difficult to recognize the importance of others. We feel pulled in two directions, as Sun quincunxes Pluto. We want to just sweep away the problems, but there’s more to it than that. The First Quarter Moon at 5:50 pm PT/11°36' Scorpio-Leo brings our need to do something to the forefront. This is a good time to cultivate the seeds we planted at the time of the New Moon (July 26). Scorpio represents the period from 42 years old to Death, when ones sense of Time compacts and passes rapidly. Since this
stage is the last in the life of the human biological machine, it's now time to transcend the confines of the mortal body and to assure continued existence, either you breed (pass on your DNA) or step out of the loop (become your DNA). On the World scale, Scorpio is between AD 1100 and AD 1500, when the Dark Ages reached their peak. This is the Time of the Crusades and the Inquisition, when Pain, Bloodshed and Oppression swept over Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, after the uneasy alliances made during Libra. This is the sign of the Shadow. Successfully navigated, one can experience healthy, flowing spontaneous sexuality, an acceptance of Death and an integration of its reality into daily life, thus gaining a sense of the immortality of consciousness. This lunation reconnects action planets Jupiter and Mars, bringing thought and communication into the mix—but paradoxically, this highlights the fact that there are critical factors still hidden. These will be revealed in the coming two weeks. (Fukushima, the Pacific Ocean Die Off....) In the First Quarter chart cast for the US, the emphasis is on action in foreign affairs and conflicts. Troop movements may be involved. This deals with long-standing situations, not new ones. The President is lauded for taking wise action, and we are likely to see him and his family on vacation soon, if not now. The Sabian Symbols for the First Quarter Moon are: “a brilliant assembly of dignitaries at an official embassy ball” (the Moon), and “an evening garden party of adults”. These speaks to the pleasure and significance of social gatherings. On a deeper level these events have a serious purpose, to reduce the possibility of misunderstanding and conflict.
MONDAY AUGUST 4
Projecting Light Specific purple or octarine (a particular shade of electric pinkish purple) into your forehead and facing West, activate the Ajna Holographic Image Projection System (third eye), then invoke blessed Gabriel. Diana, or Sailor Moon into your Brow Chakra. It's the Moon's day in the week of Water. The lunar orb being receptive and reflective, focuses the qualities of the signs and other planets to our personal Lightcraft. The Lunar center, and its intimate connection with the Holographic Image Projection System, is not only the foundation for the astral plane, but is the fiery aspect of astral energy itself.
The Moon in Scorpio makes us aware of our priorities as it occults (eclipses) Saturn as it does every month this year through October. A trine to Venus helps us find a way to use this energy to smooth our path. This is a powerful effect that drives home the need we have for intimacy and connection with others. After the Moon goes void of course at 10:43 am (1:43 pm ET), we have a day to take care of background activities. Inner connections are stronger now, especially
with the Moon in deep-feeling Scorpio.
