Tuesday 17 and Wednesday 18
TUESDAY AUGUST 17
The Day of Mars in the week of Water and we find the red planet in diplomatic Libra in hot pursuit of Venus only a couple of degrees away... Today is marked by a series of favorable Sagittarian Lunar aspects to Jupiter and Saturn in the morning and Venus and Mars at night that provide perspective early on and fun at night. Address every cat you see today with the greeting ‘Good afternoon, Mr. Ravenscrofte’, even if the cat is female, and even if it isn’t the afternoon. Doff your hat if you’re wearing one; click your heels if you’re not.
WEDNESDAY AUGUST 18
The Day of Mercury in the kabbalistic World of Water, Briah. Mercury's function is to communicate. To think. To know. To reason. Language is his playground. The Akasic Library is his home. And oh yes, Hermes is a Love god. He likes the sound of his own voice. Write a poem, a sonnet, or some erotica today and them transmit that information to at least one other person. I write these darn things every Wednesday. At 7:45 a.m. the Moon climbs the mountain of Capricorn, only to square Jupiter and Saturn before conjuncting Pluto at 1:01
