On Saturday the 5th at 8:35 pm the Moon in Scorpio receives Full illumination from the Sun in Taurus to bring us the peak of the lunar month, the beginning of Airweek This is enough, as its power provides the force to open a few doors if we will direct it in our favor. The Scorpio Moon takes us into deep waters as we ruminate over what has and hasn’t been said. Scorpio represents the period from 42 years old to Death, when ones sense of Time compacts continued existence, either you breed (pass on your DNA) or step out of the loop (become your DNA). On the World scale, Scorpio is between AD 1100 and AD 1500, when the Dark Ages reached their peak. This is the Time of the Crusades and the Inquisition, when Pain, Bloodshed and Oppression swept over Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, after the uneasy alliances made during Libra. This is the sign of the Shadow. Successfully navigated, one can experience healthy, flowing spontaneous sexuality, an acceptance of Death and an integration of i ts reality into daily life, thus gaining a sense of the immortality of consciousness. The hungry Scorpio Moon opposing the contented Taurus Sun challenges us to be clearer about our values. It's time to let go of objects, people and situations that don't satisfy our emotional needs. Financial crises are one way in which this tension may be expressed yet relationships may also teeter on the edge between acceptance of the status quo and a desire for deeper connections. Powerful feelings may boil over in frustration if we're ignoring unmet needs, leading to provocations meant to extract more from current allies or, in some cases, to push them away. This Full Moon reveals habits that need to be broken. Going to emotional extremes could produce negative behavior, but might be the critical step we need to take before we finally eliminate undesirable patterns. It feels like Decision Day today: Mars squares the Moon’s Nodes for the third of three times, tying in with events on/around December 12 and March 15. The alert observer will see a thread that will be expanded upon during the coming lunar cycle, when we have Solar and Lunar Eclipses that set the stage for developments over the coming six months.Two other planetary connections bring us to the point of decision and action, Mercury’s opposition to Saturn, which we’ve been experiencing through Venus and the Moon over the past few days, and the Full Moon, at 8:35 pm PT/16°01' Scorpio/Taurus. If we haven’t said it by this time, we’ll want to say it now. If we don’t say it now, we’re likely to experience some regrets, but more opportunities are coming. Whatever happens today is part of a much longer-term scenario, so whatever happens don’t give up and don’t rush anything. This is the peak opportunity to clear the path so that the coming eclipses can have full beneficial effect in our lives. Using the Full Moon chart cast for Washington DC, President Obama is looking masterful as he handles domestic policy decisions, making a tough call that requires taking the long view and leads to greater harmony overall. The feud between the legislative chambers has never been more pronounced, with the lack of restraint recommended by the House quietly ignored by the Senate. The weather looks windy in the East. The Sabian Symbol for the degree of the Full Moon (17 Scorpio) is, “A woman, filled with her own spirit, is the father of her own child”. This suggests the ultimate alchemy of life, the hieros gamos, or higher union of the two halves of self into true selfhood that opens the doors to higher awareness. This is the perfect energy to add to the oppositions that are occurring today, counterbalancing their tendency toward separation with a strong dose of inner unification. When we are whole, we use separative forces more easily.

The Moon in Scorpio finishes her power-building process with an opposition to Jupiter, which opens us to her void period at 5:14 am. We have a long potentially leisurely day ahead of us, since the Moon does not leave its void until entering Sagittarius at 6:39 pm. A square to Neptune suggests restlessness near bedtime, ideal for dance and moving meditation.
Monday May 7
Projecting Light Specific purple or octarine (a particular shade of electric pinkish purple) into your forehead and facing West, activate the Ajna Holographic Image Projection System (third eye), then invoke blessed Gabriel. Diana, or Sailor Moon into your Brow Chakra. It's the Moon's day in the week of active Air and the body in motion. The lunar orb being receptive and reflective, focuses the qualities of the signs and other planets to our personal Lightcraft. The Lunar center, and its intimate connection with the Holographic Image Projection System, is not only the foundation for the astral plane, but is the fiery aspect of astral energy itself. It cannot be weaned prematurely or circumcised without sedation lest it become traumatized and even more crestfallen. The Moon is sprightly in Sagittarius, and we make our way down the winding mutable road again, one week wiser. Before we rise, our Sagittarius Moon anticipates the coming Mars opposition to Chiron by square in the course of the morning. This could spawn a few awkward moments as Mars quincunxes Uranus (the third of 3 times)—we could be jumping the gun, but that may be necessary to the process.
Tuesday May 8
Day of Mars in Airweek. Mars hasn't always been a god of War. More powerfully cool to blast ejacaulations of dragonbreath fireballs at the mainstream media charade, to shoot fireworks out the business ends of elf flamethrowers at the fleeing asses of un-scrupulous landlords and hired goons. Mercury enters Taurus from behind today. Sweet. The speedy messenger's presence in this fixed sign slows down thinking and concentrates minds. We can focus on the basics now, helping to put ideas on a more realistic foundation. Mercury in Taurus isn't the most creative position for this intellectual planet because it's rooted in facts and eschews fantasy. It may also take additional time to digest new concepts that require thorough chewing before we're ready to swallow. Trust, though, can be built with down-to-earth conversations that are grounded in simplicity and expressed with clarity. Changing others' minds is challenging, particularly if people feel pressured to do so. Encountering resistance to new ideas from individuals or in our own minds is best overcome by subtly working around conflict rather than trying to force issues. A calm voice and easygoing approach connects more effectively than heated conversations. Moon in Sagittarius represents, on the level of the first octave, the period between Conception and 7 weeks, the first Lunar month after the sperm reaches the egg, and is a compacted pattern at a molecular time scale of the entire life of the cellular body. The embryo develops in parallel with the earlier phases of evolution, retaining memory of these structures in the brain. On the level of the fourth octave (see Chapter 9 of the Metaversal Lightcraft Training Manual for more on the Four Octaves), Sagittarius represents Initiation beyond the realms of Death (Scorpio). On the World scale, Sag occupies the period between AD 1500 and AD 1750, The Renaissance. This was the time when astrology, mathematics, musick and geometry were understood as divine techniques for communicating with the Soul of the World.
