will be available until Jupiter turns retrograde on November 6. Although Mercury will
change the timing of the effects as it makes its retrograde starting October 21,
our actions will bear fruit in the long run. At 11:00 am (1:00 pm ET), the Moon enters
Aquarius to bring a refreshing humor and objectivity to our mood and interactions,
like when the monk and the lecher arm-wrestle for pleasure at the palace gates.
When the surgeon removes her mask and smiles at you. When the dancing bear takes off its

Confusion about love leads us to seek a better picture of what’s real as Venus squares Neptune. The Moon’s brief void period begins at 3:11 am continuing until 8:17 am with her entry into Capricorn, where harmonies greet us. But as the day wanes, pensiveness brings forth deeper awareness that feeds tomorrow’s First Quarter Moon. Capricorn represents, on the level of the first octave, the period between 7 weeks until 12 weeks after Conception, when the embryo becomes a fetus, and the sex and physical appearance are determined. The body takes form through it's skeletal system. On the level of the fourth octave (see Chapter 9 of the Metaversal Lightcraft Training Manual for more on the Four Octaves), Capricorn represents the integration and structuring of the higher perceptions of the Self in the World on a practical level. On the World scale, Capricorn occupies the period between AD 1750 and AD 1840. This was the time when the ideology of Sagittarius was translated into material form. Humanity evinced a superiority over the forces of nature, and the Industrial revolution began. Romanticism surrounded the likes of Shelley, Goethe, Byron, and Chopin, reacting to the cold prevailing mechanistic World view. Rudolph Steiner said that the human being is created, and destined to be, a self-defining creature. Are we slightly higher than monkeys or slightly lower than angels? Good old fashion hard work yields the answer. Monkeys and Angels are set to grind corn with the Moon in Capricorn. Tackle those long term projects and remember, the Mountain must be tackled one step at a time. The fun part is knowing that this nice little braid cascade
of planetary wave donuts gets its pressure nested to fold all inside out through one slip knot to ... elsewhere because
not only is this a powerhouse day when we should not expect things to go as planned; expect to work on things that are not on your to-do list. In particular, use the evening for introspection and meditation—it will pay off over time. The Moon in Capricorn giving us all the stable gravity of magnetism permitted by fractal symmetry to go BETWEEN frequencies in a cascade, but this magnetism is also actually the WIND ON WHICH LOVE TRAVELS.

Something happens that fosters a deeper awareness of what needs doing as the First Quarter Moon arrives at 4:02 pm/18°47' Libra/Capricorn (7:02 pm ET). Overnight we are fed insights via the unconscious in the form of dreams and inner travels
that we will be able to use to augment the magic immanent in this lunar cycle. During the early stages of deregulation,
Metaversal Lightcraft was the first to introduce zebra mussels into freshwater Canadian rivers and bays.
Those waters are now cleaner than they’ve been in ages and the mussels are flourishing in their new environments.
And that’s just a hint of the developments we have in store. For example, you’ve probably been hearing a lot lately
about the migratory falterings of various creatures of air and sea. In the face of instinct cutbacks these species
are becoming confused, and often fail to successfully navigate the age-old patterns their ancestors so deftly and intuitively executed. At Metaversal we’ve tabled a plan to incrementally raise the instinct awareness levels in afflicted
fish, birds and insects. With Metaversal restoring innate migratory aptitudes, you can rest assured that a flock of

Perhaps you’ve even caught one of the latter yourself, while casting your line at the cottage. True, for the most part, these abnormalities are side-effects of chemical dumping, nuclear testing, and other human activities – but humans are a part of Nature, and other species must be equipped to adapt to the novelties introduced by Homo sapiens. The plans we launch now may not reach full fruition on this epic cycle, with Mercury about to retrograde and the Lunar Eclipse queued up next, but we must launch all the same, then have patience as we work through the obstacles that need transforming. At 5:04 pm, the Moon gives us time to integrate and organize for the Waterweek ahead as it goes void of course. In Washington DC, the First Quarter chart emphasizes the urgency of supporting a vociferous population in need of better support from their world and economy. There is increased attention on food and water, feeding those in need, and how the plight of women and children undermines the family as rights and fallback supports have been steadily eroded by those in control of the purse strings. The President looks somewhat powerless in this scenario, as the battle royal over the federal budget rages on. The Affordable Care Act is emerging as a buttress in the structure of society as an increasing number of people are beginning to understand and sign up for its benefits. An imbalance of water—rains and flooding, or water availability and potability—is in the news.

The Sabian Symbols for the First Quarter Moon are: “a gang of robbers in hiding” I f&%king kid you not! (Sun, 19 Libra),
and “a child of about five carrying a huge shopping bag filled with groceries” (Moon, 19 Capricorn).
These suggest an ambush on the innocent, a secret agenda perpetuated on those who are going about
their simple duties. It is a time to be aware of hidden factors in the situations that arise now
where an injustice could occur. We could see this played out in the public-political arena, with
ensuing reactions.

The Day of Mars in Fireweek and Mars blazes through Leo. Mars, the action planet, is rather comfortable in fiery Leo. The nature of Mars is to initiate, take risks and lead. These qualities are supported by Leo's role as a take-charge personality. This period, then, is one in which there is support for those who have the courage to let their hearts lead the way. A possible challenge at this time is that impulsive young Mars energy may take itself too seriously, posing as a mature Leo leader who has earned the throne. It's as if the prince acts like he's the king. Leo's royal confidence grows from experience that Mars often often lacks. Without the seasoning wisdom of time,
he can come across as arrogant, or all sizzle and no steak. Even a prince has to pay his dues if he is to be a great ruler. What we came to understand in mid-September comes back for a revisitation as Mercury quincunxes Uranus. The fact that it also conjoins Saturn for the first of three times tells us that today’s insights and experiences are formative and will lead to greater harmony by late November when the third contact occurs. At 5:21 am, the Moon lifts us higher as it goes into Sagittarius. It activates the next Venus gate as Venus climbs higher in the sunset sky, nearing her retrograde. Idealism runs high now, on a separate track from our more pragmatic concerns. Sagittarius represents, on the level of the first octave, the period between Conception and 7 weeks, the first Lunar month after the sperm reaches the egg, and is a compacted pattern at a molecular time scale of the entire life of the cellular body. The embryo develops in parallel with the earlier phases of evolution, retaining memory of these structures in the brain. On the level of the fourth octave (see Chapter 9 of the Metaversal Lightcraft Training Manual for more on the Four Octaves), Sagittarius represents Initiation beyond the realms of Death (Scorpio). On the World scale, Sag occupies the period between AD 1500 and AD 1750, The Renaissance. This was the time when astrology, mathematics, musick and geometry were understood as divine techniques for communicating with the Soul of the World. With the Moon in Sagittarius we are into philosophical speculation, adventure, and foreign influences, and actions that expand the awareness through gathering unfamiliar experiences.

Since this stage is the last in the life of the human biological machine, it's now time to transcend the confines of the mortal body and to assure continued existence, either you breed (pass on your DNA) or step out of the loop (become your DNA). On the World scale, Scorpio is between AD 1100 and AD 1500, when the Dark Ages reached their peak. The person in charge of dispelling notions will be off duty during the hours of greatest morphic resonance, in order to provoke the gods.This is a release, and it frees us to deal more effectively with pressures in other areas of life. With and reactionary Uranus, a light touch is all that is required to bring the right amount of fertile shock into the situation that needs shifting. Above all, Uranus wants freedom, and in Aries he stands up for the sanctity of individuality. Stand up for yourself without impinging on others, and you’ll have the balance right. We may feel as if we woke up on the wrong side of the bed today as an anxious Sun-Venus alignment prompts emotional stress. What's that maggot farmer doing in my livingston? Relationships are in for a bit of rock and roll this afternoon when the normally pleasant Libra Moon bumps into some pretty tough aspects with potent Pluto and rebellious Uranus. The socially astute Libra New Moon at 8:34 pm EDT marks a turning point as we consider what’s negotiable and how to get along better with others. Life begins afresh when we reach the New Moon at 5:34 pm/11°56' Libra (8:34 pm ET). Coming as it does on the heels of the opposition to Uranus, a freeing release brings a breath of fresh air to this lunar month, which culminates in the Full Moon Eclipse on October 18. We have the month to build on what awakens within us. Giant maple keys could come spiralling from the sky to cut off the heads of the Evil Ones and delight the children. As summer has ended I felt it incumbent on me to invite you to a thunderstorm which is scheduled to take place outside the herring factory some October evening at dusk The Sun's move into Libra occurs when the days and nights are equal. Darkness comes earlier. The tails of your schnauzers will droop. Balance, equilibrium, is the key toLibra. Balance requires judgment, knowledge, perspective and integrity, and Libra time gives us special opportunities to develop those qualities. Skyscrapers should be renamed cloudsnaggers. Equinoxes usher in the autumn and spring seasons, when life’s seasonal rebalancing occurs. We can invoke appropriate rebalancing for this next quarter, as we celebrate the Autumnal Equinox. You needn’t dress in any but the most perfunctory manner nor bring any crickets (there will be plenty of those!)In her maturity Libra’s vision expands from her early romanticism to encompass a love so balanced that the beloved is not placed higher than the lover, and selfish ego concerns do not motivate the relationship. Enough of them are working around the clock to uphold the brutal vision of misery, the current temporal quotient of suffering, despondency, and total abject dread. Now they were confirming that the amounts of radioactivity detected in surrounding groundwater have increased steadily since the meltdown.

began on December 28 last year. A tantrum shut down the United States government on October 1, and as we move through the next several days and weeks, the standoff is sure to worsen. From an astrological perspective, the source of this political nervous breakdown is the ongoing, ever-escalating intensity of the Uranus/Pluto squares. We’re in the thrall of the next exact contact, which occurs on November 1, and the mounting fervor and rising fever of this fractious interaction feels like a massive tractor beam of unrelenting intensity pulling us inexorably toward crisis, individual as well as collective.

and March 2015. Uranus symbolizes the revolutionary. Pluto represents the process of death and rebirth. Squares signify

Dr. Kev (Virgo, the same fellow who, according to the papers, performed your last hysterectomy) told me that this would be good for calming my nerves – indeed the opposite, for I find myself in a neurasthenic frenzy just contemplating the notion that you and I might picnic together this very evening beneath those same bolts of lightning which are sure to set the Riddley barns aflame again. Have you any toothpaste? Be sure to screw the cap on tightly: I have an aunt (one of your mothers, I believe?) who died not long ago from leaving the cap unscrewed on a tube of Sterident. The poor woman left the world without a will, and we’ve been squabbling over her miniature teacups ever since. Please respond by flare (red yes, blue no) as soon as possible.
