The Moon makes her First Quarter square to the Sun at 29°09′ Capricorn-Libra/8:32 pm PT (11:32 pm ET). This of course initiates the briefest of void periods, lasting until 10:02 pm, when Moon enters Aquarius, as well as initiating Waterweek. The planetary events feeding this lunar event are harmonious, a Minor Grand Trine with Mercury and Venus to make us all Shakespeares! We’ll be brilliant communicators, finding just the right words at the right time in the coming week. This is the time to clear out the last of the past and reaffirm our intentions for what we want to create on this cycle. Our choices now will be especially powerful. In the chart cast for Washington DC, Uranus is again strongly featured, being on the MC and signifying the nation’s leader, President Obama. He may be providing us with some startling statements and actions in response to events in early October, but which go back to decisions made in 1982-83, when Ronald Reagan was President. This could be related to the changes in economic policy made then that are not working for us now. Foreign affairs related to this spur his actions.The First Quarter Moon’s Sabian Symbol (30 Capricorn) is “Directors of a large firm are seen meeting in secret conference.” The Sun at 30 Libra is symbolized by “three mounds of knowledge on a philosopher’s head”. An extraordinary collection of leaders may come together behind the scenes to engage in creative problem-solving related to the world economy and specifically the Eurozone. The stand-off between #occupy and corporate power may also be highlighted. The degree of the Sun suggests that wiser heads will prevail, no matter what meetings occur. In our own lives, be careful of forming factions against any one or group. Secrecy and the safety of boundaries may be factors this week, for the security they provide as well as the fear and separation they can generate. A balance is needed.

Diana, or Sailor Moon into your Brow Chakra. It's the Moon's day in the week of Water and the emotional body in reflection. The lunar orb being receptive and reflective, focuses the qualities of the signs and other planets to our personal Lightcraft. The Lunar center, and its intimate connection with the Holographic Image Projection System, is not only the foundation for the astral plane, but is the fiery aspect of astral energy itself . The Moon in Aquarius wings past Saturn overnight for a deeper dive into what Saturn’s new placement in Scorpio really means to us, but in the daylight hours we find ways to harmonize Mars and Uranus again to create the world we want to live in, step by step. At 5:14 pm (8:14 pm ET), the Sun enters Scorpio, taking us into the depths of feeling awareness. We see the motivations beneath the actions and interactions around us now, in wordless observation. . Scorpio represents the period from 42 years old to Death, when ones sense of Time compacts and passes rapidly. Since this stage is the last in the life of the human biological machine, it's now time to transcend the confines of the mortal body and to assure continued existence, either you breed (pass on your DNA) or step out of the loop (become your DNA). On the World scale, Scorpio is between AD 1100 and AD 1500, when the Dark Ages reached their peak. This is the Time of the Crusades and the Inquisition, when Pain, Bloodshed and Oppression swept over Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, after the uneasy alliances made during Libra. This is the sign of the Shadow. Successfully navigated, one can experience healthy, flowing spontaneous sexuality, an acceptance of Death and an integration of i ts reality into daily life, thus gaining a sense of the immortality of consciousness.

The Sun augments our insight when it trines Neptune and moves to conjoin Saturn, repeating the trine of the Titans earlier this month. We begin to get a handle on our emotional reactions in a new way, settling into the energies that have kept us hopping since 2008. The Moon continues through Aquarius, blending intuition with intellect as it trines Jupiter, but the download could prove too much for clear conversation as intuition greets the emotions now surfacing through Moon square Mercury at 6:27 pm (9:27 pm ET).Aquarius represents, on the level of the first octave, the period between 12 weeks to 28 weeks after Conception, when the electrick nervous system of the fetus switches on. On the level of the fourth octave (see Chapter 9 of the Meteversal Lightcraft Training Manual for more on the Four Octaves), Aquarius represents the higher Self projecting itself to the world tribe, through media, groups, circles of friends (your Tribe) and utopian aims and idealistic pursuits alter the prevailing social systems. On the World scale, Aquarius occupies the period between AD 1840 and 1910. This was the time when the established dominance of the material world in Capricorn quickly required more sophisticated planning, spurred by Schopenhauer, ideas and beliefs from the east began flooding the West through such diverse channels as the Theosophical Society, the Golden Dawn, and the operas of Wagner. This was the time of Crowley, Nietzsce, and the early works of Freud. With the Moon in Aquarius we have the ability to combine East and West, Light and Dark, Sun and Moon. This is where we are compelled to reach out to others and network.

At 4:00 am Moon enters Pisces, giving us a new lease on life through inspired action. Our dreams will carry important messages as she conjoins Neptune in just before dawn, taking us into a beautiful reverie over breakfast coffee via a trine with Sun-Saturn. A sextile to Pluto during drive time brings yet another productive Minor Grand Trine to bear during the evening hours.The Moon in Pisces remains quite useful (even brilliant) in helping us realize our dreams through action. Pisces represents, on the level of the first octave, the period between 28 weeks after Conception till Birth, when after the electrick nervous system of the fetus switches on (Aquarius), we become psychically tuned to the entity later to be known as Mother. On the level of the fourth octave (see Chapter 9 of the Metaversal Lightcraft Training Manual for more on the Four Octaves), Pisces represents the enlightened Self which must give itself totally to the whole, dissolving into the void, in order to achieve the final unity with the realm of pure spirit. On the World scale, Pisces occupies the period between 1910 and 1969. heralded by the founding of Psychoanalysis, when Mankind began exploring again the Unconscious strata of Life, and by Albert Einstein's (a Pisces) Theory of Relativity. This was the time of Jung, Joyce, Hesse, Huxley, Leary, Burroughs. We transcended the limits the illusion, Maya, the physical World of Assiah, extending inward with the electron microscope and outward with the high powered Telescope. The entire range of audible musical notes and the whole spectrum of visible colour, apprehended and understood. The dissolving power of mutable Water, Second coming of the Fish with the Double Wand of Power, Atom Bomb and LSD. With the Moon in Pisces we have a heightened sensitivity to Musick and the Dreamtime, and we feel the depths of pure compassion for the Metaverse and it's inhabitants.

The new yearly Sun-Saturn cycle starts with their conjunction at 2°20′ Scorpio/1:32 am PT. This comes packed with a Mutable T-square, with Moon at the apex of the intensifying Mars-Jupiter opposition, occurring on Sunday. Mercury heading toward its retrograde means that Venus has a chance to catch up with it. This brings us the joy of another period of smooth communication through their second textile of the month. All this means that healing can be effected through heartfelt connection, whether or not words are used. Mercury conjoins the North Node at the same time to add a sense of deeper purpose to our actions now.

If you actively invoke blessed HANIEL, the Archangel of Venus into your heart today, you may find you have developed the ability to feel like Khrisna, multiplying himself into a dozen pastoral, naked farmhands with muddy feet and emerald pond scum on their thighs, or maybe you are a young Freya on the back of a panther, eating honey. The Day of Venus, who gets oversimplified like a lot of her sisters, is one of the most complex planets going: she works as an attractive force and as a creative one. Intelligence is the greatest aphrodisiac, but a dab of extract from a civet's anal gland and a nice pair of shoes will work just as well today. The Moon connects with Mercury, Venus, and Nodes to bring clarity to what’s going on from a deeper perspective. Where we’ve been going on instinctuition, we will have intellectual understand to support us. At 8:04 am, the Moon begins its void period, though in Pisces the Moon still activates. At 12:31 pm (3:31 pm ET), the Moon goes into Aries, stimulating our focus on the deeper processes of transformation affecting all of us. Through the Moon conjunction to Uranus, we feel the results of actions we’ve taken this month to bring about necessary changes.
